Royal Enfield — Sold me a manufacturing defect product

There is an extra noise coming from engine prior to second service dated on 13th March 2022. I notified the technician from showroom that there is an noise coming out from engine. But the technician told me that this one will be rectified during the third service which have to be done after 6 months. When I ask them twice they got irritated themselves and gave me a rude answer that “How many times we have to explain you that this will be done on third service”. Royal Enfield sold me a defected product and told me use the defected product up to third service. And no one can assure that this will be fixed or not. I’m afraid that my hardly earned money will gone in vain. Very poor service from Royal Enfield.

Updated by Syedasmasood Yesterday, I received a call from Royal Enfield technical team and regional team as well. They told me to bring my vehicle to service Center and then will check for the noise with decibel meter. They told their higher official that it’s normal. Even they are accepted the fact that there is some extra noise but they tried to compromise me that this will not be an issue and it will not affect the performance of a vehicle. It’s like “There is a defect but it will not affect a vehicle performance so you can use your manufacturing defected vehicle as usual”. After that they told me to leave the vehicle at service Center until evening to check an engine noise with decibel meter in cold condition. And after that they told me that this sound will not affect the performance of an engine. Also they told me that they will send an written confirmation which states that this noise will not affect the engine performance and if noise increases they will change the head
Hi friend, i do having the same issue with RE reborn classic. From the day one of purchase i told them, but they said it's normal. I referred some Vehicle from the same same service station, they are saying it will be resolved in 1st service. After first service it was not resolved, then they said wait for second service. Again the same issue retains, now they said leave the bike for checking up.
I believe that there is huge shortage of trainned service people over there. All are made with trail and error
