This is to acknowledge the worst service happened from your Royal enfiled service center(Address :Yamuna Agencies No 158/6
High School Jn, Peringanad
Pathanamthitta Adoor, Kerala)

After a road accident i have given my bullet (KL[protected] for service at the above mentioned service station on[protected].

And the surveyor had examined the vehicle on[protected] and instructed to start service.

Till date i didn't received my vehicle completing the services despite various approaches from my side.

    Hi Team,
    I have purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan last year February 2021. I found the Instrument cluster had fog issue after a rainy day in September 2021 . I reported the issue to the near by service centre the person who attended the issue his name is Mr.Chandrashekhar, he checked the bike and informed me its a manufacturing defect and currently there is not stock available and it will be replaced once the stock is available and I have been following him since 6 months . A month later again I checked with and he informed me we need a proof of the fog and I waited for a rainy day the fog has formed and I took the bike to the service Center located in Mosque, Chandhok centre, Thousand light, chennai - 600 006. I took a video of the instrument cluster In front of Mr chandrashekar as he instructed to do. I kept on following to check the availability of stock and finally the stock was available when I took by bike for third service on 3rd of March 2022. He informed me that it would be replaced later the evening o received a call from the service centre saying it couldn’t be replaced and they don’t find the fog now. Only when it rains the fog is formed. I went to the revive centre and showed them proof of video. Taken infront of their employee. Another person Mr Krishna came to attend the issue at the first instance he is not even ready to hear the issue and simply said it cannot be replaced and I won’t believe the video because you might have taken from another bike and he is not even ready to ask his own employeeMr chandrashekar who addressed the issue. At first the employee Me chandrashekar should have guided me to take the video with bike no and chasis no which he failed to do so and later the mr krishna who addressed should learn the meaning of customer service he was very rude yelling at me and I was literally harassed . It’s a manufacturing defect if there is no fog in summer it’s obvious only if rains then issue arises they tried using water wash for 5mins and o really don’t know how could they compare a rain with water wash for 5mins could have formed the fog. Finally another person informed me I have warranty till 2023 and again if fog is formed I have to take the bike to service centre and take a video infront of them and the video which has vechicle no and chasis no . Why couldn’t they informed the same thing when I reports first 6months back . Purchasing a bike with hard earned money and getting harassed and by the service centre guy is not acceptable . There is no proper chancel for communication in the service centre and there is no proper hierarchy to handle the escalation . They are so rude and don’t behave professional to address a customer issue. I will not leave this issues I will take it legally as well as take it the social media . I have the proof of video sent to the employee Mr chandrasekar to his Wats app number. And I’m not a mad to take it to service centre to replace the instrument cluster when it’s working fine unless I have issue and it’s a manufacturing defect.

      I am from Bihar Darbhanga I am totally frustrated from your service, there are many showroom and service centre of Royal Enfield in my town but not a single one is perfect or you can say coustmer can be satisfied. I own continental GT 650 and from 1 month I am not able toh get my first service done by Royal Enfield they are saying we don’t have oil filter and it has been 1 month till now they couldn’t arrange it. In my town there are many service centre Of Royal Enfield but they don’t have men’s wo can service continental or interceptor. Owner of the outlet have just opened the outlets and forgot they don’t care at all. Not a single service centre in my town has hai main stand service, they lift up bike holding bye 4 people then they lubricate. Such kind of service and management is not accept by such a big company. It’s been 120 years and this cheap quality service is not acceptable please sincerely look towards this. I don’t have toh make u understand what does Royal mein so if you company name Iss Royal and it makes feel Royal then you customers are also Royal so think about their royalty and here the name of service centre wo has literally irritated and frustrated me - SURYA AUTOMOBILE

        I purchased new bike Classic 350 gun metal grey and it has gone through a break down due to not getting started with self start So, I had to face lot of trouble and actually had to pull the bike to my home.

        I am really disappointed this time for my purchase.

          Bullet Standard 350 Abs modulator complaint

          Within 2 years my abs modulator got complained and I am facing serious issues with my front brakes.I had approached the service center @ edapally.And they informed me that I had to replace the complete set which will cost about 16000 rupees.I am completely confused what to do.I am very much disappointed on this.Buying my first bike and having a major complaint within 2 years it was very heartbreaking for a true bike lover.Due to this issue...

          I booked Interceptor (Baker express) on[protected] and paid Rupees 10, 000 as advance. And I canceled it on[protected]. They said it will take 43 days to issue the refund check. Now it is almost three months passed still they are not responding properly. They are not attending the phonecall, whenever I go to the showroom they are just collecting my name and phone number and saying I can collect the check next day morning. I am residing in a remote place I have to travel 20Km to reach the show room So I used to call them as usual they will not pickup the call then I have to go to the showroom again and they will again collect my name and phone number and tell me I can collect it on the next day. This is going like a loop. Taking three months for a refund is itself is very bad and behaviour of these staffs is even worse than that. They were just running the showroom only because of the reputation and brand value of Royal Enfield only. Their staffs don't know anything at all about the bikes and not explaining anything, not clearing customer's doubts.

            Hi,

            I have booked Himalayan on 30/08/2021 with the booking No. BKG005291DE00182 at your Aravinduja Motors Pvt. Ltd., chennai with the Advance amount of Rs.10, 000/-. Even after seven month of waiting period I have not got any confirmation at your end. And I have booked the vehicle for me it is not for my grand son. Also, No clue even for buying the product itself is this much critical then how can trust for after sales service. This is the way how you people treat the Indian consumer? then I have to think differently by file a sue against your organisation since I have been ended up with utmost irate.

              My bike had a problem of fuel overflow from the carburettor. I visited Ram Motors at Nerul Navi Mumbai.
              I was asked to get the fuel tank cleaned. Problem persisted. Two weeks later I was asked to get the carburettor changed. Problem persisted. Fact is the fuel tank was not cleaned properly and hence the overflow from the carburettor. Fed up with their services I have asked to replace the tank.
              Question is, why was I made to change the carburettor when the issue was with the rusting in the tank?

              I got the rear registration plate changed and these guys damaged the right indicator bulb. The cost would be 2 Rs, but I would have paid with my life. Should you not check the basics before handing over the vehicle? I realised this in a routine check 2 days later. I ride on the fast and busy lanes of Mumbai. Not having the rear right indicator is suicidal. This is unacceptable.

                I rajnish Shekhar is owner of thunderbird 350 one day when I started for my office the bike was dead. I tried.a lot but couldn't start. I called one of your dealer for service at home. The dealer named JSN Motors Surat suggested for replacement of battery. As advised i replaced the battery. But again the battery drained out. Once again the dealer was contacted but today the battery was again drained.
                Kindly help me. I have purchased new battery which is under warranty. But the bike is dead again

                Kindly help me else I will seek consumer forum help

                  I have purchased this Bike in September, 2019 and it was fine till September 2021 when the warranty on the bike would end. I got it services only at the Service Center from the time I purchased it and I gave it to regular service in October 2021. They did the regular service and from a couple of days later the bike started giving all sorts of trouble and there was some sound in the Fuel tank and bike also stopped due to something those people called "Engine Misfire" or "Missing" Problem. They told me that I have to change the entire fuel tank which costs Rs.15, 000/- and also some additional stuff along with that which would make it near to Rs.20, 000/-. I tried to argue with them because they said that the bike is perfect a few days back when they serviced it. I feel that they Intentionally did something for this issue to come up as they saw that the warranty period has ended and I faced so many problems with this purchase as affording Rs.20, 000 for repairs out of my pocket doesn't feel right to me as they do not guarantee that the problem won't repeat. I don't know how I can take action against them but just posting this as maybe someone can take action and also protect the brand name of Royal Enfield. I think that a brand with such a huge euphoria in the market cannot be so negligent to customer problems.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I had booked RE Himalayan in Dasarahalli showroom, Bangalore. The bike delivery was delayed due to many reasons from the showroom and they instructed me to book the bike in Nagharbhavi showroom. I booked the bike there and got it delivered on Jan 26th. It's been more than a month and I haven't got the refund from the Dasarahalli showroom dealer yet. Can you please do the needful.

                    My BS3 Himalayan has thr battery light constantly ON on the meter. No one is Royal enfield has been able to resolve the matter till date. My bike has spent over 3 months cumulatively in the service center who just believe in getting the bike out of their service center with some haphazard work being done. Service center has falsely taken Rs. 1520 from me under the pretext of repair magneto coil casing threading and replacing GPS however meter still shows the light. Issue has been going on since 4 years. @royalenfield it has been over 2 days since complaint CAS[protected]Z8G2F6 has been created. It has been 7 days since complaint CAS[protected]V2F4W0 was registered by you. No resolution received yet. Not a single person from RE has called yet. Pathetic service. I just keep getting template responses on email however not a single person from RE has called till date. I REFUSE to speak to service center about the matter anymore as they are useless.

                        I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent service at lamba Royal Enfield’s service center, Subhash Nagar Delhi .
                        I had a major issue in my bike continental GT 650, as my third gear was slipping and was not abhe to use my third gear, which was later informed as been broken and need replacement.
                        I handed over my bike for repair at lamba service center on 27/1/21.
                        They informed me that it would take time to arrange the parts as they may have to be ordered from the Chennai. It took them 2 week to get the ordered and the parts where delivered on 13th of feb .. and I was informed that It will take 2-3 days more to do the installation and test run (as informed by ms priti Dutta -customer service adviser) .. I called them on 16th and they the service provider Mr Balvinder who is suppose to be my service provider told me in a very rude way that it will take more then a week more and i[censored] want your bike then u can take it from who ever has informed u about it .. so I called priti again and Deepak who is the service manager and they assure me that it would take 1-2 more days ..
                        Part installation was done on 16th as informed by them and it took them 5 days to test run my bike .. they gave me my bike on 22/2/22 which still had issue .. including the central lock and my blinkers which I got installed from out side were not working .. and when I asked them the reason they proudly quoted, ” we didn’t installed it so we would not fix it” .. I accepted that to but when I took my bike to get it fixed from out side then I got to know that the coupler for my helmet light and boilers have been removed my the service provider ..
                        I called the service center for the issue and they informed me that the couplers are there at the center and I can get ut collected from here .. they removed parts of my bike without informed me and they refuse to fix it to ..
                        Today at 6:30 I’m waiting here at the service center from last 1 hour and they are searching for the parts which they informed that they have kept safely .. I want someone responsible to call me and address my issue ..
                        I have informed the manager of the service center to but no reliable outcome has been provided by these people.
                        Even the behaviour of mr Balvinder was so rude with things . They even didn’t completely addressed the issues mentioned on there job card .. I had to wait 2 hours more to get them done with the work which was already mentioned on the job card .
                        Kindly let me know what to do now and who will be responding for my lose because I have to pay 8000-10, 000 for the missing parts in my bike.

                          Hi this is masuth, I got a new bike Royal Enfield himalayan granite Black on 19/01/2022 with full payment 2.61 L. I'm facing lot of issue on this bike that i never expected. 1. Rear tire wobbling too high wich may pull ride side whenever on riding and also when I leave throttle, bike suddenly getting too slow and sudden stop without applying breakers. It's because of the rear breakers touches on disk plate while the tire hub wobbling. 2.key lock issue. Sometimes key locked that i can't even take lock or on/off the bike in anyway.
                          3.fuel meter won't work properly.
                          4.heavy brake and middle suspention noise

                          I told all these complaints to tirupattur (tirupattur district) tamilnadu, royal Enfield showroom where I got this bike before registration also I paid full payment. they told me they will clear all these issues. But they doesn't clear anything. I'm facing these problems again and again. I went to showroom many times I had completed first service too but no use. They won't clear anything because I'm facing all these problems again and again. And now I saw the front tire and hub wobbling too high.

                          My questions are;

                          How can a customer ride safely if he/she face this kind of issues?

                          How can a sales manager deliver the bike without checking properly?

                          How can i go anywhere without bike because they took long time to solve it but till they won't solve any issue whenever I ask they telling me that, they will clear till they won't.

                          I'm seeking help from royal Enfield head office please kindly take my complaints
                          and solve it as soon as possible.

                                I have classic 350 gun metal grey bike with registration no: PB 19R 6652.

                                I have purchased extended warranty from the Manmohan Motors near Gopal sweets, Sunny Enclave, Mohali.
                                And at time of purchasing they told me about the parts covered in warranty and they clearly told me that 'Rear Disc Plate' is also covered in warranty.

                                About 7 months ago when go for service then their mechanic told me that Rear Disc Plate' needs to be changed. I say ok change it. Then I told their service manager that this part is under extended warranty and change it in warranty. He told me to show warranty card and said that your warranty ends in 2022 Aug so better to change that in next service.

                                I said ok and agree to change in next service and now in jan 2022 when I go for service their service manager was changed and I told him that Rear Disc plate needs to be changed but he refused to change it and say that it's not covered in warranty.

                                So I am totally disappointed as at time when I purchased extended warranty they clearly told me that this part is under warranty and old service manager also agree to change in warranty but now they are refusing to change it in warranty.

                                I need that part changed under warranty. Otherwise there is no reason to trust RE service people and I will never get my bike services from RE. You can check my records that my all services are from RE showroom from the date when I purchased the bike and mostly disc pads are also changed in every service. And I am very disappointed with that behaviour of their people and current service manager.

                                I hope you guys will Resolve this issue soon. And waiting for your reply

                                  I booked a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 on 07 Jan 2022 and was given a delivery date of 21 Feb 2022.Booking ID is BKG010883DE00586. However, after the period is over, there’s no news of the bike and on asking the customer care, their executive says that Downtown Drag Grey color that I’ve chosen is a very rare color and difficult to prepare. On being asked that how rare could a color be, the guy insulted me saying that you don’t know about the process and it will take another 2 months before the bike is delivered. Lost my interest in the Royal Enfield now.

                                    Ignition changed thrice coil twice gear box once and registering complaint thereof.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am penning this letter with lots of sadness i always had a passion to own a Royal Enfield bike all these years.
                                    My dream came true when I purchased Royal Enfield bike Himalayan snow white BS3 in the year 2016. It was my first bike it's been 6 years now.
                                    Firstly I never complained even when I faced so many problems with my bike. This many years now i am fed up with this I spent lakhs of rupees on my bike for servicing till now

                                    In the year 2016
                                    By paying down payment of 70, 000 I took loan to buy this bike
                                    After the essential formalities I rode the vehicle for some kms inside city limits.
                                    1st disappointment: within 2 months my bike got punctured

                                    2nd: it used to make some weird sound. Misfire in the exhaust.
                                    Later later realised that it was something related to coil.

                                    3rd. I had to change the coil twice.
                                    Now the saddest part is ignition.

                                    4th i had to change ignition thrice which is very annoying.

                                    5 th gear box issue which is there since long time. I had to change it once.
                                    I have never seen any bike having such a gear. It's so jammed that I always have to stop the ignition in gear. It so hard to change the gear I never kept my bike in neutral.
                                    I have never such a gear in any bike

                                    I gave it for regular mandatory servicing on to the authorised dealer from where I purchased it. Still no use only once they have changed coil for free

                                    I am sure you will look in to this matter with a sense of seriousness and urgency.
                                    I sincerely hope you will not force me to go public with my complaint.
                                    I have always trusted Royal Enfield and purchased it with my hard earned money.
                                    I have already provided the vehicle details in the initial para above.
                                    Expecting and hoping and early decision from your side.
