Royal Enfield — thunderbird 350 speedometer issue

Hello sir,

I have purchased my bike in 2015 july. I have faced some issue on the cluster speedometer of the bike. At the same time, i raised the complaint related to same. But the speedometer has not got changed till now, the response which i got from the local dealer is that "now your bike is not in warranty so we cannot replace it."

My concern is that as i already raised the complaint on under warranty so it must be considered as the delay is from royal enfiled side or brawn automobile dealer in gurgaon.

Could you please look into this matter.
