Your staff' are didn't have any clear knowledge about vehicle. They didnt respect customer. They simply attend those private phone call and simply rounding in show room. They don't care any customers at all. Billing section also very worst. They simply attending those personal phone calls. They irritating customers. Most of the people came and see your staff's behavior and goes to other showroom. So watch camera, to note down your staff activities. They activities are very bad.

    I recently heard some noise coming from the chain, immediately i went to re service center at ekkatutangal, where i normally do service. I did my last service nearly 30days back. It was hard for me to digest when they told the chain sprocket is broken and needs complete replacement costing me ~3.5k, its really bad to accept that coz i was doing regular service and maintained my tb properly, in spite of this if this issue came, there is either a manufacturing quality defect in the chain sprocket by re or the service there was poor.

    Losing hope on re.

    The wear and tear of the mud guard is so much, and very fast. It has been only 20k since I bought it. Plz see to my complaint and resolve it at the earliest.

      Dear sir, i bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in january 2017. Now it has covered a distance of 13000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 25 teethes of sprocket (Rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for rs 1, 47, 400 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is dl11sq-3414. The photographs showing the broken teethes of sprocket are attached herewith. Please do the needful.         I bought my new enfield reddich blue classic bullet from marikar motors, trivandrum on 30/01/2017. It is hardly 11 months since i purchased the new bullet. Surprisingly, on 10/12/17, i noticed that the spring surrounding the right shock absorber started rusting. The plating started pealing off.
        I chose to buy the reddich new classic bullet because during the booking time, the executive introduced me to the new reddich type bullet. He told me that the new reddich variant is so designed that it resists rusting much superior than other variants. All the services are done up to date. The vehicle has done only less than 2900 km. The vehicle is kept in a well sheltered car porch and taken best care by me.
        In the service booklet, it is written that, rusting of plated parts is not covered under warranty norms. The warranty period is 24 months.
        But how could a company launch products which fail within 10 months that is well within the first half of warranty period.
        I request that the complaint may be attended and the failed part may be replaced free of cost immediately.
        A thorough check may be done in my bike as a full package free of cost, with the service experts, such that such complaints should not come in the near future.

          Hi,

          My royal enfield classic 350 is 7 months old.in these 7 months i had to visit royal enfield store many times.

          Right after 3 months i got battery issue, my battery has become flat. I approached service center and they charged the battery and gave me back, but they failed to mention the reason for battery getting flat.
          I have also been facing tappet noise every time i mention it they will tell it is resolved but it appears again.

          This time i had a huge kick from my bike on 10 th dec morning i kick started my bike and bike started and turned off, since then bike never started and no signs of neutral indicator, horn, battery, who, signal indicators working..

          This is a shame on the quality royal enfield is maintaining as i could see major failures.

          I have given my bike to service center, i have now lost confidence on the product as i have been spending g more time in driving towards service centers. I need a strong evaluation on my bike from royal enfield on all components and provide me a report on the quality of product.

            Dear sir,

            Myself sumit kandari and i booked royal enfeild classic 350 black on oct 19th and till today i've no any idea about any confirmation to pick up bike. Myloan is already approved from hdfc bank from last 2 weeks and what can i do have no idea.

            My booking form no is 1076/sohan motors, faridabad nit...

            Shall i cancel the booking or still wait for next month / next statement.

            Pls lookinto ds or i will cancel the booking and go for higher management.

              I'm tuna kodamasingh from Bhubaneswar.I booked re Thunderbird 350 asphalt on 4 September 2017 and when I made my booking at royal automobiles, Lewis road Bhubaneswar- 751002 they said my booking period is 45 days and in my booking receipt there are mentioned about booking period is minimum 90 days and it's now more than 90 days and I still haven't received my delivery.when I enquire with dealer they said we don't know about the delevery, we are having production problem and we are not responsible for delay re company will responsible for the delay i[censored] r not able to delevery bikes on saying time period then why u people r lying .it's really frustrating.

                Hi, i have purchased a royal enfield motor cycle at shimogha show room karnataka. Purchase was smooth then for the sake of commission workers will take the registration responsibility on them and provide poor pathetic responses. I have struggled a lot with them. This type of services not expected from a reputed brand like royal enfield. Highly disappointed with their services.

                And engine was opened by royal Enfield service centre Jodhpur please change a engine because New engine in warranty period all parts are opened why accept I repaired engine

                  Myself dr amaresh. Its not a complain, its only a request that you should launch a short height classic model for the person who has the height of about four feet and six inches. They have to face the problem in crowded area of market. I am also crezy about bikes. So i think so. I have also a drawing that what should be the facilities on that short height 350 classic model.                     I am having a 2016 model standard bullet my main complaint about my bike is that it's clucth wire broke after every 700 km. I have changed my clucth wire for 5 to 6 times and still it keeps on breaking. Iam very upset with this thing as due to this i cannot go on long ride. It is a very shameful thing for royal enfiled that the bike cost nearly about 1.40 lac and it's cluth lever is not made with such quality that it can withstand a cable for 700km. Iam having a 200o model splendor mototcycle which is nearly fir 30k and since 2009 i have never changed its clucth wire. I cant a prper reply from royal enfield about this. Moreover i use the clutch of my bike very less so r. E plese reply fast

                      I bought my royal enfield redditch red edition on 19/9/17 in legand motors chrompet, and finished my 2 free service in the same service center legand motor service center in pallavaram, today morning i had a flat tire so i went to my nearest puncher station, and i found the tyre was worked for puncher for 2 times befor.. So i call the service center and also the shop ware i bought they are not responding properly... Plz sent me a ware is the mistake has made as soon as possible. Thank you

                        I been servicing my bike at royal enfield services centre at dombivali on regular basis..

                        Last week i submitted my
                        Bike classic 350 motor cycle number..9176.. Due to black smoke...

                        I been charge and i have payed allmost 6000 rs to there service centre.. Pooja motors..

                        They have kept my motor cycle for one week still the problem is same.. I payed the bill within a hour same problem arises... Now i am stuk up on highway towards kalyan... I called ur services centre person informed he will visit my place next day...

                        This is really rediculas and i am surprise the kind of services centres opened by brand called royal enfilled

                        Please provide me the entire refund of my investment on bike and take my vehicle back... I have to go to cusumer court please let me know

                            Maine apni bike ki 5th paid service 40 days before annaya auto bhopal se karwai thi. Srevice ke time chain tite krne ke time chain adjesting ke point balence nhi krne ki wajah se meri bike ke chain sprocket ke 40 teeth break ho gye h. Jo ki service me laparwahi ki wajah se hua h. Aisa hi mere ek friend ki bike me bhi same condition ki wajah se hua h. Plz is problem ki responsebilty service centre wale nhi le rhe h. Plz do something mai pic bhi send kr rha hu jise aap apne expert se bhi check karwa sakte h. I am totally unsatisfy.

                              This is to bring you in notice that i have purchase royal infield standard 350 on 28th sept 2017 from lamba enterprises tilak nagar, ramaroad, my sales representative manager was mr dharmesh and i was committed with a false commitment given by him on the teflon coating @ complimentary as i purchased 2nd bike from the same showroom with in a year and half.

                              On the visit of my monthly service at workshop, i was asked to show bill for complimentary committed teflon coating which i was committed which i don't have. This is not a first time i received issue like this there are few other customer who are facing the similar kind/false commitment by the sales manager just to make customer not to give service as per service standard. Which is necessary as per service industries standard protocol and highly competitor internship in delhi/india.

                              A brand like royal infield image/reputation is diluting because of such issues

                              @ workshop - there is a problem in the supervision role at the workshop, i visited today for my second free services while handover process i was found dust on my bike, this was happened after a deep cleaning process done, i immediately raise this issue to my service manager mr aman and things got sorted but my issue is the same. (Quality check and service standard).

                              I haven't receive any call for collecting my bike/service done intimation neither call back from mr dharmesh on the teflon coating issue raised to him. The same also intimated to mr soni on sms, kindly check from him

                              I will really appreciate if you can do the rca (Route cause analysis) and send capa (Corrective action and preventive action) against the same.

                                Sir,

                                I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 redditch red on 04 march 2017 from concept bikes, kazhakkoottam, thiruvananthapuram, kerala

                                My bike 7511 km driven. Only 3 free service done at royal enfield concept bikes.

                                I had to pay for a mistake committed by the service centre boy and also i paid spare parts amount.

                                My bike is in a minor accident. Its head light is brocken and a few scratches. It was said that the show room guy at the service centre (Concepts bikes) would be given the insurance claim. They replaced some parts of bikes. They complete the accident work and given me the bill amount of rs 8126/-. Then i gave the bike for general service to the same showroom.

                                After work they gave me rs 8953/- bill.in this bill they give another bill of parts that already changed in accident work. T twice pay the same bill for some parts again general service.

                                The royal enfield company says the bike has a 2 years warranty. But i gave the money to the some parts several times.

                                  Today your dealer fateh motors in jalandhar city deal me very badly. I visited their showroom to buy bike (Standard 350). Firstly owner of the showroom said me he can give me bike only at one condition if i will buy full accessories like alloy wheel, amc, 3years insurance, rs, legguard etc. I said ok and he gave me estimate of rs 145000. After that he bought fake alloy wheels from local market and ordered his mechanic for fitting. While mechanic was fitting that allows i found that the front alloy was damaged. I talk to owner about this and he said he will provide only same piece. After that i said i[censored] dont have anotherone give me bike without alloys but he denied to give me bike after wasting my 5 hours in their showroom. This dealer is realy getting very bad reviews while i talk to another customers. This dealership is realy in wrong hands and i will suggest company to give attenion at my review.

                                    Today i have sent my bike for service in av motors in kumbakonam... I have some issues (Engine head noise, paint peel rear wheel hub, rust form in all accessories parts) etc... But my issues not accept in dealers supervisor.. They react rudely... Am working in ford india chennai plant.. Now am in chennai. Please following my queries and give feedback immediately..

                                      Everytime i was calling them after the service day that my bike complaint wasn't fixed. They simply asking my bike registration number and we will call you again. As the same i don't get any response from them.
                                      So everyday that tapping sound makes me odd feeling to ride my bike. Please take any action on it, so that i have to give my bike for the 5th service.

                                        We purchased this bike from your vasai showroom, on sunday 26th november 2017. As we had a talk with the manager of your showroom i. E. Mr. Ashish before the purchase also. He was supposed to give us the bike with insurance at the time of delivery. But at the time of delivery he didn't give us the insurance copy he only gave us the bike, he said will give you on monday i. E 27/11/2017. Then too he was not on his words he gave us on 29/11/2017 at 7.15 pm.
