I have given my thunderbird 350 byke (Reg. # kl 12k 7954, engine # u3s5c0gh144775, chassis # me3u3s5c1gk489198) for the service @ 1 year to m/'s. Tempest automotive, kalpetta, wayanad this morning.
Am very regret to complaint that their service quality is too bad to accept as a customer and when i ask to the concerned service supervisor didn't get satisfactory reply.
Hence i requested to him want talk to the service manager,...

I had booked a gunmetal grey bullet from motokraft royal enfield from chembur in mumbai. I had booked on 22october and they told me delivery within one month.. Stil i dint receved my bike. I bought royal enfield squadran blue 500cc 4 months back. It seems battery is already weak and self start doesnt work at all. I have been contacting royal enfield service center no body is responding if they respond they say they say there is no stock. I have paid 2l+ of money to buy this bike and i hate the way they are responding... I need to file a complaint against enfield service center for not considering my request...

I have given bike for service at 25th of this month. Till now the problem is not solved. Already it's delay. I have classic 350 and i have done 2nd free service from unison automobiles (Workshop) mira road after that too many new issues started for eg. Oil leakage, throttling etc. Issue, and gear shifting issue. My thunder world 350 bike carburetor slide change within 4800km and again carburetor slide change within 9000km, handle cone set also failure/worn out within 9000km. Paint of fuel tank pill off on different-2 places, speedometer is not working properly. Oil leak from chamber.

Royal enfield is the worst of all companies. I have booked classic 350 at the end of may 2017 and paid full amount on august. Till now i didn't get my bike/cash. Initially enquired in the showroom but they are full of lie bags. Then i went for the royal enfield customer care. They perfectly know how to tackle customers instead of resolving the issues. It's been two months, nobody is responsible. Guys i request you all don't go for royal enfield....

I gave my bike for 2nd free servicing at vvc automobiles service center at jubilee hills hyderabad. When i came back to receive the
Bike, nothing was done on my bike except washing and engine oil change (Not sure whether they changed or not).
And on top of that oil was taken out from my tank and oil pipe was left open.
I didn't notice that that oil pipe is open and i left the service station, after going around 400 mts...

I book a royal enfield standard 350 bike from mailk automobile hisar (Pin code 125001). At the time booking they say that we provide you the bike with in 30 days. Now when i call at showroom often they could not pick my call or if pick then say we can't say any thing about delivery date right now.
