I Buyed thunderbird 350x in 2018, 21 april, since i have buyed the bike i am facing the problem from 1st day, problem where, 1st problem ... handle was very tight and was going on one side, 2nd. Shokers were making sound, 3rd. When i took bike from service whole body was shaking and vibrating and sound was very irritating, and after 2 months i am facing problem of engine heating, rear tire getting jam while riding for 10 km only and break get sooo hard that you cannot even make your bike move back on nutreal . I have gave my bike many times in company for complaint, they dnt give me slip of complaint and not even job card slip ... 5 time i took my bike they always say we have repaired it and making dramas that now ur chain set has default u have too pay 2500rs if problem was in chain set they havnt told me in jan, feb, march after warrant got over now they are excusing now i am facing very bad problem i cnt go too the service center again and again 5 time i went there there is no difference in bike its again and again getting heated and jam if company didnt took any action now if they didnt repaired my bike i am going to complaint in consumer court .
