As my vehicle Royal Enfield bullet 350 classic given to service in mettupalayam Royal enfield showroom, on coimbatore road. on the month of For a complaint about "one way clutch" after service my vehicle got engine oil leakage through engine case. so i taken to service centre where i done last time. then again after some times again engine oil got leakage. so again taken to showroom service centre. they explained that engine's inner bearing got broken so it need to be changed. then after taken from service centre again i faced the same problem of oil leakage. i am fully frustred and intentionally got mind upset. so i left again to the same show room at last the service mechanics told me that they will clear the oil leakage problem by themselves. so after that we taken the vehicle. but again oil got leakage again. finally the engine got ceased due to the mechanics are without knowledge. and the broken the engine case. now they replying me that they dont know about the engine case and engine bearing damage. after a while at the same showroom mechanic explained that they dont have the tools so they hit the engine case by hammer and some sharper tools and they break the bearing and engine case. finally i cant get any sollutions so i want to complaint about royal enfield showroom loacted in mettupalaym, coimbatore district.
