[Resolved] Royal Oak — purchased a dining table from royal oak - no proper response | |||||
Order no# ROY005727. The item was ordered on 21.6.18 on www.royaloakindia.com and delivered to me on 27.6.18 at around 6.30 pm . At the time of delivery I asked them to open and check the glass of the table. Unfortunately when the delivery people opened the same it was broken. They called up their supervisor and he said the glass will be replaced within 2 or 4 days but till now no one called up for it. I have raised a complaint and they gave a complain no# 2994 on 7.2.18 but it doesn't looks like they are interested in resolving it. Royal Oak is a totally fraud company and I ask everyone not to buy anything from them as they hardly care about their customers. If its not resolved soon I will be filing a legal suit against them and also ask them to pay all the charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||
