Royal Sundaram — Cheated in health policy | |||
I took Royal sundaram Health Insurance policy. While taking the policy that the premium I am paying is valid for two years i.e. my policy is valid for two years. It was confirmed over email and on phone by the agent. I received a message and email from royal sundaram that I will need to renew the policy in Jan 2016 by paying a renewal premium!!! I was shocked because I was never told about this. Hence I am logging this complaint. I will be posting this on social media to make sure nobody else gets cheated like me. Please help me, I am really trapped by Royal sundaram team.
Firstly they are not contactable, everytime given all 4-5 contact no.s are not ringed and when they called me 1-2 time in a month then they show silent from their side.
Royal sundaram agent sold me a policy which no. is JNS[protected], she said that you will get annual health check up after 30day of purchase date but when i asked for the health check up then one care representative denied me for this. Then I raise a complaint and asked my full refund but today I am shocked, they send a cancellation kit of my policy at my home, my brother received it.
But about it, I have no any intimation.
Please help me, please. All reference image are sttached.
