I bought my car insurance from this company. After the payment online they send me proposal copy. Where my chassis number printed wrongly. Immediately i have called them, and over the phone i have updated correct number. And they have told that in all the records they have updated it. After few day they have sent me soft copy with wrong chassis number and send me message that it has been dispatched. Again i reported the same issue. After a month on tracking they have given three consignment number and on which two of them shows delivered. And even i got sms on mobile that the product has been delivered with stamp and signature. Its 100% sure that these people are not maintain proper user information. Till now i haven't received my policy hard copy. Its one of the big mistake done by me to choose the policy from this company.
