[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — Claim never reimbursed - a real rip off gang type company

I insured my mom and brother. My brother got hit by a running taxi on the highway. After all medical treatment documents submitted to this so called 'insurance company', they never pay us back even now it's 8 months since we began our claim form submission. Hundreds of calls and emails we sent, they keep giving nice excuse like "sir, sorry for the inconvenience, but our teams are looking into the matter..."

Don't they realize that such ripp off practice is not relevant anymore and they can't go on without being sent to prison?

It was accident on 10/07/17 i already giving full information of accident but they declined. My. Claim. If they will not pass my claim then i will sui the case against royal sundram. Thanks.

The claim was admitted/accepted by the company on 27th April 2017.
Till date the amount has not been paid to me.
Whereas the company chases for renewal premium, it remained silent ever since the claim was submitted.
Service of Royal Sundaram General Insurance is just AWFUL.
