I recently Insured my Toyota Liva Car from Royal Sundaram, before buying a insurance policy from Royal sundaram my perception towards the company was wonderful, as per me this company run on it's standards and world class services, but the actual ground reality is the different.
Recently my car met an accident from front and rear side including bonut, radiator, dicky, tail lamp, front right fender, bumper, and many more items got damaged. I found a bodyshop near me by the name of GALAXY TOYOTA OKHLA, NEW DELHI, I handed over my car with all relevant documents to Mr. Amit ([protected]), survey done by Mr. Akash ([protected]), After survey Mr. Akash partially approved my claim and said that mentioned damages do not correlate with the accident, Even I brief accident details but he is not interested to approve my claim.
Now Today is 3rd jan 2022, No approval we received, Me and Mr. amit (Toyota advisor) calling to mr. Akash for approval but he didn't picked our call and also amit send a email regarding the same but he didn't even reply on email, I am waiting for my car claim approval, No approval given by surveyor till now.
please help if possible
