[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — fraud - giving false promises | |||||
In 2017 SBI customer executive called me for Royal Sundaram insurance policy and I had a conversation with Nirmala executive from Royal Sundaram stating that, your amount will be refunded after 1 yr if you don't want to continue. But now while i am asking they have not told like that and amount cant be refunded, you can see in the teams & conditions.But while talking she explained me the policy in such way that the amount will be refunded if you have not claimed anything after that i told her to process, after processing a week time only i got the kit. Now when i am asking for refund they are saying to see the kit not the personal contacted and amount will not be refunded, you can do what ever you want. Kindly suggest me what to do? Hi my self Amit kasnale. I did not get any renewl call from royal sundaram insurance company and they deduct my money from my card. I want my money back. I don't want your policy agian.
