Dear sir, I Mohammed Imran holding policy no. FGH0008183 since [protected] with Royal sundaram. i have already claimed for my ill health in NOV 2015. Again i got admitted in NOV 2016, initially i was waiting for pre-autharization approval after 3 days the insurance has denied. i request your intervention sir to close this and get my treatment money. i am enclosing policy card and discharge summary.
