My self mr. Ashish hinge i have purchase mediclaim policy from your company, before taking policy your team had given good response but now when i have submit my claim nobody is giving proper reply, 2 months has been past i have not got any call for the claim purpose, how much time you people will require to reimburse my amount.

I needs action on priority for my case and i should get a call today by day end, if not refund me my amount with interest.
