[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — not having proper team | |||
I was surprised when i had step in royal sundaram office at their pune branch, they are not having proper team to handle their clients they had kept a security guard to attend the customers. If a customer have to launch a complaint or needs to discus any important thing regarding claim to whom we should talk or meet in pune branch, When i asked to security please send someone to attend me, he told that nobody is here only i am looking after every thing for mediclaim process and his dialogs was i am the hr and admin who looks after all the claim. Last 2 months has been past no body has given response to me for my mediclaim process, i had wasted my money and my day in royal sundaram insurance. Till date no proper response i had got.
