Royal Sundaram General Insurance — policy issued and canceled without any information | |||
I opted for porting my parents policy to royal sundaram and paid amount on 23rd aug 2019. There guys were on toes till they sell then they are laid back and we need to run behind them for support. They told home visit for health check possible before sales as long as we are comfortable paying 300/- and later they simply ignored that promise and insisted my parents to visit a diagnostic clinic which is 21 kms away from my home. And canceled policy on 9th sep 2019 as we failed completing health check. They never told me that we need to complete checks in 15 days. They simply canceled my policy and when i raised a concern about cancellation with out my knowledge then they are saying about clause of 15 days to submit medical tests reports. And most irritating part out of all this mess was they never agree on their mistakes and they are the most arrogant people around.
