My policy HE[protected] renewal was done by using your portal and I paid the premium Rs 6765 twice as the portal did not work properly and there is no information from the customer care team as to when the EXTRA amount of mine will be refunded back.
The toll free customer number is worst...have you ever used it before telling others to use ?
The website is not user friendly. The e payment mode in portal is atrocious.
The support people have no clarity regarding the extra payment I made.
