[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram Insurance — Reclaim not happened

I met accident my bumper and ind shield broken.I got claim for only bumper. Royal sundaraam reply. We would like to inform you that the damage to the wind shield glass did not tally with the Cause & Nature of the accident, as mentioned by you in the Claim Form. Our team had requested you to provide a clarification for the wind shield damage so that we can consider the same in second claim.But you had not responded. We have sent a partial denial letter conveying our stand already. However, for your ready reference, we are attaching a soft copy of the same. We hope your query regarding the subject claim stands clarified. Regards, Raman
