The product I received was severely damaged and defective. It was opened by the carpenter sent from Royal oak. At first, he fiddled with the drawers and said it is alright although it was highly damaged. He later fled saying talk to customer service, when I showed another bigger damage on the side of the desk.

On calling the help desk they would simply rudely say, WhatsApp the number and take care zero customer service. They only have a WhatsApp number and typically a bot responds saying “enter your product details and mobile number” after that a standard bot message says someone will reach out and no one will ever call back or text. Occasionally someone responds but after understanding the issue they would just go offline. I have to do this again. I have done this at least 10 times

Then comes the e-mail part where I had sent the complaint: I got delayed responses from the team with no help. Adding a few samples on how pathetic the responses are. After several follow-ups, they respond back saying that they will plan a visit.
finally, someone came to visit and agreed to the damage. After that, he sent the images to his manager.

I then called the manager (Girish) who spoke rudely to me and said call back in 30 mins and till date has not picked my call. I have gone through so much mental stress in having this matter resolved. They have no respect for customers.
Till date, the item is not picked and a refund is not issued. This is how royal oak royally cheats its customers.
