We ordered product online on royal oak website with Order number - RoY0076854 and made payment through card with emi option immediately next day we cancelled it. The order cancelled email was sent by royal oak no product also delivered however they never processed our refund to us and our bank charged us with the amount. Now when we are following up no proper response and still refund is not processed we need justice and our money back

    Hi,
    Again I am in this forum to complaint against the same order id. With the help of this forum product got delivered but once Installed, the product found damaged. Taken a snap and shared to Royal oak guy. He raised 2 tickets, 1 for damage product delivered and 2nd for providing hard copy of invoice. He assured that both will be resolved within 5-7 days. Now almost 15 days over. nobody called me yet. I am really confused how the India Govt allow to continue such fraud business. Here is the details of my order

    Why the India Govt allow to continue such fraud business? Except the payment gateway ( not the refund ), no other service of Royal oak worked fine.

      Defective recliner is delivered. I am unable to get it exchanged inspite of several requests on phone to your office and your promises several times that it will be attended to within 24 hours.

        This is in connection to our order made from Hyderabad Royal Oak Attapur branch. We received a damaged product on delivery date 12th November 2020, also inspected by Royal Oak installation person Mr. Rakesh on the same day i.e., 12th November 2020. A Damaged while delivery Complaint was placed by Mr. Rakesh and notified to us (Ref No: [protected]). Attaching Pictures in complaint noted by Rakesh, the installation guy.

        This is a structurally damaged part that was delivered to us which has to be replaced. However there was no follow-up from Royal Oak or Service team about the part replacement whatsoever and we had to follow-up with everyone, and had to go through the following people over and over again over last few weeks.

        The product is structurally faulty and all that the repair/complaint handling guys are doing is to put patches over it. I have refused to accept such shabby work when I paid for a premium product from Royal Oak. Also gave it in writing on 17/11/2020 to the repair guys, on his job card (attached image).

        We need a replacement part to be done for the headboard portion. I have received a damaged product and all that the complaint team apparently is doing is to adjust a damaged product.

        It is always the customer who has to chase after the service/installation/sales executives for the product delivery/installation. Coordination for Complaint handling is the worst as it almost follows the register and then forget about it type approach.
        I have placed my grievances in writing with Royal Oak Attapur branch in Hyderabad already for a past complaint regarding a coffee table. Yet again after that I still am facing problems with damaged parts being delivered, which they keep blaming on delivery partners.

        It has been more than 2 weeks since we complained and we were always the one trying to find out what happened about our complaint, as no one from the complaints or service team tries to address/followup on issues.

          Sub-standard product delivered - now after 3 months it is already shaky and broken.
          Terrible service, pathetic products!!

            I ordered (ROY0052682) an office chair in the month of Aug 2020, full amount paid, and still today (28-Nov-2020) I been waiting for the delivery. Royal oak doesn't provide refund according to their insane ### company policy nor they deliver the product as per committed date.

            This is a fraud company. I hope Consumer Affairs will take appropriate action towards this company.

              All your customer care numbers are bogus(or not in operation), same with your chat and whatsapp. No way to contact you other than email.

                Damaged defective study desk

                The product I received was severely damaged and defective. It was opened by the carpenter sent from Royal oak. At first, he fiddled with the drawers and said it is alright although it was highly damaged. He later fled saying talk to customer service, when I showed another bigger damage on the side of the desk.

                Hi,

                I had ordered for a HanoiVietnam Wooden King Bed which got delivered on 3rd november 2020. The installation was done by your installation team ( phone number - [protected]) and on 4th November 2020. During which they realised one of the brackets ( image attached) for fixing wooden beams on the metal frame is missing. The installation guys said they will ask the store for one bracket and get back and fix it. It's been more than 10 days now and I request you send someone to give the correct bracket and fix the bed before any damage happens. Looking for a prompt response.

                Have also sent the picture to the Attapur sales person on whatsapp for reference. Please look into on priority .

                NOTE : Attached bill invoice for the purchase

                  Hi Team

                  We are very much disappointed & frustrated with the service from Royal Oak furniture, Intl Airport road, Bangalore.

                  We have purchased a recliner sofa set (3+1) on 24th Sep'20 & already paid for it (EMI option), however, still now we have not received a single-seater yet.

                  It's been more than 2 months & no proper response from any of the sales staff at the outlet. Every time I call either they don't respond or they ask me to call next week.

                  Have called & reached to outlet multiple times & yet no solutions.

                  Requesting help!

                      We purchased book shelf from Royal Oak banneraghatta Office and already five days over, but they are not ready to installation. When we reached support team[protected]. He was saying don't know and he talks very rude. He even said if your not intersted don't buy from us, after sales they are responding very rude. They feel like CUSTOMERs are ### after sales.

                        My order no is ROY0079252.It is really surprising that you do not have any customer care contacts to physically convey our frustration regarding the complete lack of after sales service. My furniture got delivered on 18.11.2020& there's been not a single word from royal oak regarding the installation ever since. I have tried my best to follow up through the only channel of communication" whatsapp"!!!I get mostly automated response or if I'm lucky I get a message to say that my details will be conveyed to the respective department. However nobody had contacted me. What sort of company are you that you inconvenience customers to such an extent. I have no sitting place in my hall for the last week although you guarantee installation within 72 hours. The company is not even aware that my furniture was delivered. One message tells me that it will be delivered on 27th nov and installation will take place on 28th nov. Really amazing! This speaks volumes about the type of company you are.

                            I have purchased wooden sofa set including 3/1/1 sofa and coffee table last year december 2019. Got a worst experience from the shop where i purchased. For billing it took 45 mins. Then they said it will take 7-10 days for delivery. But it delivered almost towards the end of 2 wks.
                            While assembling the furniture 1 of side arm of chair was broken by the person who came for assembly. It took another 6-7 days for that part to reach my home and final assembly of furniture done.
                            Now less than a year already the side arm of 1 of chair was completely seperated out from native chair. When i raised the complaint online, it took 5 days for the repair. The person who came for repair did not wear mask on face as we r facing presently covid pandemic. After asking him about the mask he covered his face with hankercheif. It was such pathetic thing to do so. When he saw the problem. Instead of the real problem about fixing the seperated part/arm of chair, he fixed it with additional "l" shaped metal plate with screws . So another injury to the underlying weakened wood. When i asked him that it was not the right permanent solution for that issue. He mentioned, that is only solution that he knows. The person was a young inexperienced boy who did not know much about the furniture repair.
                            Also the coffee table lower section wooden stripe came out of slit within 1 week of instalation which couldn't be fix by that person as he was not able to understand that how to fix that strip.
                            The final say about royal oak furniture is the overall quality of furniture is very very poor. The wood what has been used is poorest quality.

                              Hi Team,

                              I bought the chair in RoyalOak online and I got the same. The next step is installation. Initially while delivering the product the full set of hardware is missing and this was found by installation guy and he raised the complaint against the same. After 5 days one more guy came with hardware setup but still 4 hardware items were sent wrongly and the guy completed the installation with remaining hardware setup. Now I am continuously reaching out to RoyalOak customer care about pending installation but none responded to me which is worst behavior. Still I am unhappy with what RoyalOak is doing and chair also looking not as expected. I don't know how to reach out to them. I am fed up with this RoyalOak customer care and service. Please help me.

                                  I have raised the concern of my purchase initially (i.e June 2020 via email as well as whatsapp) since customer service people were not available during covid situation, in the store the person has advised me to raise the request via whatsapp and email but no response service department. Two times I have visited the store regarding the same also tried contacting customer care multiple times but i couldn't get connected.

                                  Have sent multiple follow up as well attached screenshot and refer the trail mail as well for your reference.

                                  But its surprising that customer service people are active soon after the warranty period is over?

                                    Royal Oak calls 10 times a day when they want sales. Take full payment upfront. And now they are not delivering my products.

                                    It's been 3 days after promised delivery date. No call back from them. Their customer service department doesn't answer or respond at all
                                    Person who called for sales and promised support, refuses to answer calls
