Royaloak Furniture — Damaged Product while in warranty, No response in spite of repeated requests | |||
Dear Sir, I had registered a complaint on whatsapp with Royal Oak New Dimos Furniture, Meveram, Kollam on 27/07/2021 regarding a Denzo office chair Elite which i had purchased on 21st Aug 2020. It is under warranty and its back got broken and already it has started rusting though it is kept in a secure place inside the house. Every time i called I was constantly promised that some action would be taken and they would call back. However, i have received no positive response from their side. Do ensure that justice is done. I am attaching photos of the bill and the chair.
