[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Damaged Product while in warranty. Poor response. | |||
Dear Sir, This is regarding the callous attitude of the staff and the management of Royal Oak NEW DIMOS furniture at Meveram Kollam to my complaint registered via whatsapp on 27/07/2021 regarding the poor quality of the office chair purchased from the shop. I had purchased a DENZO OFFICE CHAIR ELITE along with other items on 21st Aug 2020. The backrest of the chair broke while under warranty and the chair started developing rust even though it is kept in a secure atmosphere inside the house.. Though I repeatedly complained to the shop, they kept promising me that some action would be taken, however, there has been no concrete response from their side. Please do ensure that justice is done and trust in your brand is retained. I am attaching pictures of the bill and the broken chair.
