We bought recliner sofa and marble top table.
History below on both
1. Marble top when it was delivered it had so much of issue, the top was broken and 4 -5 times the top was changed and then we got i fine product
2. We bought soft 3+2+1. So after delivery in 1 month the sofa started sinking and the service people took the sofa and got it repaired and gave us. NOW AFTER 8-9 MONTHS AGAIN SOFA HAS STARTED SINKING. I sent out first email on 20th May 2023. The store person called once and he never came back, we kept on following up with him. Then again i complained on 2nd June and customer care responds they have not received the email as first time when i spoke i got the email id [protected]@royaloakindia.com, now the customer care asked me to send on [protected]@royalokindia.com. So i forwarded the same email on Friday, still no response. Today again 6th June i called and forwarded the same email. Not sure when i will get the response. So this is mental harrasment what the company is creating for us . Total of 1.4 lakh rs we have spent on the furniture and this is the response we are getting from store, They are waiting for 1 year to pass by so that the product becomes out of warranty.
