Royaloak Furniture — Defective Product and no Service after multiple follow up

We bought recliner sofa and marble top table.

History below on both

1. Marble top when it was delivered it had so much of issue, the top was broken and 4 -5 times the top was changed and then we got i fine product

2. We bought soft 3+2+1. So after delivery in 1 month the sofa started sinking and the service people took the sofa and got it repaired and gave us. NOW AFTER 8-9 MONTHS AGAIN SOFA HAS STARTED SINKING. I sent out first email on 20th May 2023. The store person called once and he never came back, we kept on following up with him. Then again i complained on 2nd June and customer care responds they have not received the email as first time when i spoke i got the email id [protected]@royaloakindia.com, now the customer care asked me to send on [protected]@royalokindia.com. So i forwarded the same email on Friday, still no response. Today again 6th June i called and forwarded the same email. Not sure when i will get the response. So this is mental harrasment what the company is creating for us . Total of 1.4 lakh rs we have spent on the furniture and this is the response we are getting from store, They are waiting for 1 year to pass by so that the product becomes out of warranty. TOO BAD SERVICE
