I am an old client of Royaloak, and bought so many furnitures and recently I bought Dinning set and sofa and swing, as per the sales person communication we have bought on 3rd March after this they have send damaged products, first time they have exchanged then again they have send damaged one, and we have communicated immediately entire chat is with us, now you people are asking for EMI, I am not going to pay till my problem is resolved, worst nonsense people. Why the refund process is so complicated even after cancellation of the order. The helpdesk insists to provide a voucher which could be used in ICICI or SBI bank. Other option is refund to source Bank account from which transaction was made which as per him would take a while.
So I chose to opt second option and reached via email to [protected]@gmail.com today and got a phone call from the same number and provided a voucher code and I have no clue if it works this way.
