I have purchased an L shaped sofa from Royaloak. Within a few days we started observing sagging in one of the sofa seats. I raised a compliant with Royaloak customer care and got a technician visit from them after few follow ups. The technician confirmed us that this issue is eligible for replacement since the sofa is new and the sofa has manufacturing defect. I have been following up with Royaloak customer care since then but there is no resolution in sight. My Invoice no. is SI23KA[protected]

    I had bought a bed from alwal store on 31 march 23.it was delivered with planks misfit condition. After repeated complains and follow-up no service manager calls nor attends the issue. Fed up with customer service. It's 3 mnths now issue has not been resolved till now. [protected]

      Royaloak Penang Malaysian Wardrobe 3 door in Melamine Finish SKU: WR20202203 worth ₹24, 000.02 was ordered and paid on 31st May 2023 and the estimated delivery/installation was on 15/16th of June 2023 respectively. Despite reaching the dealer constantly over phone and email, the product hasn't been delivered. Customer care is of no use either.

      And the delivery manager by name Arun Gowda ([protected]) is one big liar.

      Delivered after one month of estimated delivery date
      This is with reference to order #[protected] which as per the helpdesk ([protected]) will be cancelled due to reason that they cannot deliver the product and has been cancelled to initiate the refund process. I was supposed to receive call in 2 days as per the agent where the refund will be made to the source account which was agreed upon.

      However I haven't heard anything from them yet.

      Why the refund process is so complicated even after cancellation of the order. The helpdesk insists to provide a voucher which could be used in ICICI or SBI bank. Other option is refund to source Bank account from which transaction was made which as per him would take a while.

      So I chose to opt second option and reached via email to [protected]@gmail.com today and got a phone call from the same number and provided a voucher code and I have no clue if it works this way.

        The product was dead on arrival. The motors were installed only a few days later. Ever since then, the recliner has issues with reclining. It’s either the bush or the motor. Multiple attempts of repair have been made by the one and only RoyalOak service technician available in Chennai. Now the service team is holding me for 15 days saying that they are waiting for the parts to arrive. It is very clear that this is a faulty, waste of a product and the company does not want to admit the truth. As a customer whose product is under warranty, I will settle for nothing but the full refund of the amount paid/ new replacement of the same whole product. Otherwise, I’ll draft a notice and take this further in the consumer forum.

          I have paid the amount on 28 may for study table and chair, but it is more than 15 days. Before placing an order in Velachery royaloak manager confirmed of within a week it will be delivered, which has not happened so far and money as well has not refunded.

            Defective Product and no Service after multiple follow up

            We bought recliner sofa and marble top table.

            History below on both

            1. Marble top when it was delivered it had so much of issue, the top was broken and 4 -5 times the top was changed and then we got i fine product

            2. We bought soft 3+2+1. So after delivery in 1 month the sofa started sinking and the service people took the sofa and got it repaired and gave us. NOW AFTER 8-9 MONTHS AGAIN SOFA HAS...

              The order has been in Ready to Delivery state since past 7 months. Contacted the customer service more than a dozen times to ask if they can deliver the product or will they refund the amount.
              They always tell me that they will check with online team and get back to me, but they never got back to me.
              It would be still ok for me if they can deliver the product or refund the amount.
              I'm very disappointed with the irresponsibility of the customer service.

                We purchased a 4seater dining table set online. When we received the product one of the chair was of a different colour(attaching pic) . We immediately raised an issue. After multiple follow up through mails and calls they finally blocked my number and stopped responding to emails.

                I had complained on this forum earlier as well however I did not receive any communication from the company hence raising another complaint

                  We ordered a 4seater dining table set.Our dining table was delivered but one of the chairs was of a different colour.Attaching a picture.Even after writing multiple mails nothing was finally done.                     Today, one of the chair broken and attached the image for your reference. Tried calling customer service but it is getting disconnected saying all agents are busy. Sent an email to the customer service and yet no response. Requesting to assign an executive and sort this asap.

                      We bought a dining table from Royal Oak, kanakpura road very recently.The quality of the dining table is so cheap that one leg got broke within 5 days.The manager of royal oak, kanakpura road is also not responding to our calls.Please initial replacement or refund.

                        I purchased OF201802 ASHOKA WOODEN OFFICE TABLE with ref - SO[protected] for 14k. The product sent was full of cracks and bad finishing with improper allignment. I called up customer care and they raised complain after few days they replace the product. This time this product have similar issues again full of cracks and dent. I again called customer care they are saying we cannot replace or refund use the same one as sheesham wood is like that. I told them why the store people did not given that knowledge as the one is store is spotless. And how can u sent an item without quality check. They are not responding. After several call nothing is working out. They seems to deceive and cheat people.

                              Firstly, the product quality is very poor as lot of damages found and reported to the showroom. There are very frequent issues in just 4 months for which the complaints raised, but all tickets are just closed by them without attending to it. Finally, I got a response after posting negative review on website buy with no proper solution given even after 4 weeks. Meantime, they had taken back the material and not they are saying no refund/replacement will be given.

                                We purchased a recliner costs 1.5L from royal oak tirupati and the foam went down within 3 weeks. After calling to Tirupati store numerous times they picked up after a month and took it service and damaged foam and kept scratches on fabric and delivered after 1 month when we were not at home. Again when we requested them to fix the damage they arrived and discarded the half recliner and carried it with them. Now when we call they are not responding. This is very disgusting and unethical we trusted royal oak and didn't expected this. Please check and kindly do the needful. Thank you

                                    I bought a 3 plus 1 seater on 14th March 2023.i hv visited the banaswadi showroom more than 10 times and everytime thy send me bck with an excuse...so far I hv spend 80plus thousand and got a damaged recliner wch is occupying space and my old single seater is lying outside the house bcz there is no space.also I hv the recliner box stacked on top of it wch tht said mot to throw. I am feeling helpless and dont know what action I should take. Should I lodge a police complaint?

I hv visited the showroom atleast 10 times...all thy are giving is excuses...I feel very helpless...I hv pId 80plus thousand and so far I hv received a damaged recliner...my old sofa is lying outside my house to maje space for the recliner wch has so far not been replaced.
