[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Delay in delivery & installation | |||
Last Month I had bought 1 Queen size bed, 1 three door wardrobe, 1 two door wardrobe, 1 TV unit from Royal Oak Store Turbhe, every thing delivered In time except the two door wardrobe which was out stock strangely Every time I called for the same I was convinced by Mr. arun (Turbhe Store) by saying that the unit will be delivered next week with same day installation. Finally I got the delivery yesterday but still I am waiting for the same. Today I was asked to call the warehouse manager Mr. Hemant & Mr. Ashish & I was surprised to know that the store & warehouse had no responsible communication & both the warehouse managers said that we ate not responsible for the commitment by the store. I found none your managers suitable to be at the post A manager can never have such irresponsible attitude God Help RoyalOak Please don't send me the links to share my experience with Royal Oak, you won't be able to read my comments & forget about me recommending Royal Oak to any of my friends or relatives. A manager who can't even manage 1 wardrobe installation is not fit for his job & this is applicable to both ### whom you call as your Managers Thank you Kamal Dhall Was this information helpful? | |||
