There is still no installation done even after 2 days. Worst part is your customer care is useless. They have no idea what is happening for any order. They may disconnect call in between if they cannot answer. The technicians will call you once in a day and then will never pickup your call. Literally the worst service

    We purchased 3+2 sofa. After 10 days they delivered one piece (2 seater) and then after 15 days they delivered a damaged 3 seater with patched and stitches in many places. Calling the store, we get apathetic response and no resolution. They keep passing the responsibility to another staff. We need refund or a fresh QC passed sofa.

      I bought Shoe Rack in Velachery Branch within 5 months shoe rack's one side door heel was broken. i'm not complaining here i tried my best to replace the heel in nearby hardware shops for the heel. almost enquired 25 shops i'm unable to get the heel and even reached my nearby royal oak store they also dont have the heel and they dont know where to get the replacement. finally contacted Customer care number once they aid we are not service outside chennai, the product bought in chennai. we will service only in the delivered address Due to lockdown i shifted to my home location Karur. am not seen in your bill copy if other than your deliver address service not available. if the the product related materials not available in market atleat it will available in your store. even im ready to pay for that heel but store not having that.

      Once reached customer service they spoke like we are store we only arrange service store purchase and service on delivered location. no service available in karur. the same if you buy through online the online team will support.

      why online or store we buy from Royal oak.Online or Store if its covered warranty we will claim otherwise we will pay.

      I'm not satisfied with Customer Service only one time i reached again tried 5 times but no one pics the call even 30min waiting.

        Bought a lot of furniture for my new place last year. There was a lot of delay in delivery ( had to wait for months ) and also there were pieces missing in the delivery. We ignored it thinking might be because of increased demand.

        However, after paying the money, these people are not that "customer friendly" as they seem before you pay the money. They say the product will be delivered on certain date, but later it will be you who will be running behind them begging them if any issues or delay on the delivery.

        Anyways, after sometime, we found an issue with this Julay that we bought from here. The welding gave up and the entire structure holding julay bent and it is in a state where it cannot be used. We complained and raised a request to customer service. They didn't revert and also delayed till warranty period was met. Then reported saying the warranty period has completed and they will be charging for any replacements / repair.

        So, please do think twice before buying anything from this chain of furniture seller.

            I purchased sofa online in royaloak hyderabad. It got damaged with in one year. I lodged a complaint for repairing it one month before. But they delayed to pickup the sofa and intentionally delaying to deliver to my home. And their person informed me that he will not deliver it on the date and asked me to complain anywhere.

              After sale service very irresponsible

              We have purchased 1+4 divine dining table on 29.11.2019 for inr 10, 000 from your vijayawada franchisee located at 27-1-135 eluru road. The chaired got issues namely; 1. Plywood used in the seats have caved in
              2. Joints have broken and could not be refixed at all.
              When complained mr manikyalarao's employee jayaram said that he was instructed by his boss that we should buy fresh set paying full cost and they do not repair...

              I order my Jhula on Sep 2nd 2021 and they deliver Damaged product on Sep 10 2021, i tried to reach customer care they didn't respond after multiple (i called 100 times) follow up with lot panic they pick my product, after picking my product they are not responding, either they are delivering my product nor returning my money back, I will wait by Sunday other wise I will go and complain to police station on royal Oak

                We have ordered ( Order #ROY[protected] bed and wardrobe on 3rd Sep and products are delivered on 10th Sep. But till now no one has contacted to do installation. We are continuously contacting customer care through email and call but they are giving false commitments. They informed today they come and do installation but no one showed up. Very pathetic experience from Royal Oak.

                  We purchased Recliner sofa 3S+1s+1s from Royal Oak Electronic City branch Bangalore on 4th Sept coasted 166000, They delivered the product on 6th Sept but one of the Sofa was defective so we raised a request for replacement. It has been more than 15 days now, but they have not sent any confirmation on replacement or updates, when we call them they either are not available on call or they have no information and many more excuses. We are really suffering with the rest delivered product too as it looks very shabby keeping one box in drawing room as packed and having partial delivered product for long time than expected. Must say very bad service Royak Oak offers. They are not replying on our queries or refunding our amount.

                      I purchased a study table from royal oak banasawadi on September 7th. Parts were delivered on 9th September. It has been sitting in my house since 2 weeks. Customer care is not reachable at all. Store manager and sales guy has been providing false promises from day 1.

                        I had purchased a Morris King Bed on 22nd Aug 2021 for Rs. 41000 which was delivered on 27th Aug 2021. When unpacked by Royal Oak team it was observed the product was damaged in multiple location, so a replacement was assured by the Team. But the replacement did not arrive even after a week. Dissatisfied by the service I told them to cancel the Replacement and submitted a letter for full Refund on 6th September 2021. They said pickup will be arranged for the damaged product and then Refund will be processed. But it has been 2 weeks still they have not picked up the damaged product. When followed up with the manager Sunil, every time he will assure to be picked up within a day, but never replies back. This is causing a lot of Mental pressure on me, kindly help me get my hard earned money back.

                            Hai we purchased a sofa from royal oak 3+2+1 seater the legs for the 1 seater is different and that is not which offerd while buying it has to be same as 3+2 the height is not matching because of 1 seater chair different in height because of the legs which are different

                              I have purchased dressing table and the drawer have some issue. Ed the customer care and they sent. Person to fix it. However, technician fixed it partially after that there is no response from him also if I call customer care they are saying ticket is closed.

                                I placed an order (Melaka Malaysia Fabric Sofa 3s) with Royal Oak, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru on 25/11/2020, order number - RMS[protected]. However, this sofa was huge for my staircase and we could not get it inside my home. The manager and I came to an agreement and cancelled the order. I went on their website and ordered another sofa which is a assembly.
                                I have been trying to get the refund amount for the last 10 months without any results. I have visited the store, emailed the customer service and even called them number of times. They are absolute garbage and don't care for customers whatsoever. It has been my routine to follow up every week and it's the same response from them.
                                Kindly help me resolve this as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered dining set and paid advance to them. And now they are saying the product is not available after 3 weeks of time. Simply they are blocking the customer's money with them.

                                  They also asked me for a 2% extra payment if the credit card is used for payments.

                                      My concern is regarding customer care. Royal oak care service is of lowest quality as they are only cheating the customer by giving false information about any information customer asked. I have to call many times to only know about my complaint. They are incompetent in resolving any issue. Kindly inform this to higher authority. Royal oak is charging huge amount for there item and its care is of third grade.
