Its regarding the order we took it from the store vanasthalipuram. Order id:[protected], among them we cancelled lilly's 4 seater dining table. We received the other 2 products and this is fine. Problem what we have is we made the purchase through bajaj finance and after placing the order we cancelled one item after 2 days. From feb onwards we are paying the emi for this transaction including the cancelled one. I checked with bajaj finance customer service and they are asking me to produce the bill with what we have purchased and based on that our emi amount will be changed and they will adjust the so far paid amount from future transactions. I visted the store from where i made the transactions and they confirmed that they need to check with there customer service. I request you to provide the fresh bill with the items i took so that i can submit it to the bajaj finance department. Your help is highly appreciated.
