[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — item not delivered (roy0048884)

Respected sir/ madam,

This is to inform you that, on july 5th i have placed an order for couple of below products from royal oak website associated with the order no: roy0048884:

Royaloak blaze office chair in nylon mesh
Royaloak splash office table-1.2m with high gloss finish

Out of the above 2 products so far i have only received "royaloak splash office table-1.2m with high gloss finish"

And there is no update for the other one "royaloak blaze office chair in nylon mesh".

When i am checking in their website under "track order", i am able to see the update only for the table, which got delivered but nothing for the chair.

Kindly help me to get my product delivered along with the installation.
