Hi,
I made an online purchase for a study table on 5th july (Roy0048689). It was to be shipped on 9th july, delivered on 10th july and installed on 11th july. Till date, no one has contacted me. I sent multiple mails to customer care and got no response. I raised online enquiry for which also i got no response.
It seems they seem to be not bothered as full payment has been made.
I asked for procedure to cancel the order...

I have placed order for computer table from their website and paid online. Promised delivery date was 27 june but product is yet not delivered. I have tried to contact them via helpline number but no one picking up also i have written 10+ email to either deliver or to refund but didn't get any reply from their side (Only getting auto generated response to get back). Out of the above 2 products so far i have only received "royaloak splash office table-1.2m with high gloss finish"...

The order # roy0048514 is not delivered on due date 9-july-2020 and support is not reachable by any means.

If they can't deliver then why should they take orders?

If they are not able to deliver then please refund so that i can buy it elsewhere....

They have the worst chat service and phone support. Non of them work and on chat, i had been for 2 hrs and i had not got any response, phone support is not connecting at all. It's been more than 15 days since i ordered...

I have purchased shoe rack from Royal oak website online with order no ROY0042926 on 13th June to Amalapuram Near Kakinada, it supposed to deliver on 28th June 2020. But till date not delivered and no response from customer care calls and mails with several reminders. No response over customer care number. Please help to resolve the issue with delivery or cancel the order and refund the money.

I ordered some wooden cot online at royaloak and they confirmed it will be delivered in 3 days and no response after that. I waited for one week and contacted them, they kept on telling in 2-3 days they will deliver and after 20 days they told no stock.

Then i requested for refund but till now they are telling they will refund within 2-3 days and it's been more than 45 days they didn't refund. I'm very much frustrated and...

Had ordered 2 products from royaloak website but got acknowledgement for only 1 of them, there is no track of the other product.
I managed to get hold of customer care once but they said only 1 product's order they have received, but the money was debited for both the products.
Since then i have not been able to contact them anywhere, tried their number, sent emails, but no response....

They have not delivered the product or not picking up calls...

My first and this would be my last purchase from royal oak. I bought a dining table, sofa set, coffee table, study table and office chair on mar'20. The dining table had to be replaced thrice - 1st time defective and incorrect design table top, 2nd - damaged and finally the 3rd time the right one was delivered.
Coffee table - received broken out of box and it has not been replaced till 3-july.

I have ordered bed from royal oak online and the wrong bed was delivered and then promised to replace within 2 days, it's been 15 days no one is responding.

Neither customer care nor hyderabad team.

Raghu from hyderabad warehouse is just hunging the calls and giving fake promises. Literally no response for over 100s of calls and messages and emails.
