I have place the order on jun 28, 2020, 12:45 pm and got a confirmation from royaloak that "we are pleased to confirm your order no roy0046497" the shipping date should be shipped date :[protected] and today it should have been delivered. No it did not get delivered!
There is no customer support at all, hardly someone answers from your post order support, the worse part is when you look for an item your chat support is available for sales and proactively calls customer to help placing the order. Especially sales manager will call, but after placing the order it is gone!
Do you think we are fools? It's hard earned money! I have been waiting for an item, and there is no response from your customer support even after calling 10 times a day! What happens now? Where is my order?
When you take payment you should deliver as per your promise right? Now what? Your sales manager says you do not have a policy of cancellation but does your policy have just looting the money and give no order?
There is no response to emails/calls and no update on tracking page of the order. When you cannot handle online orders why to take?
Ok fine, i understand this covid situation and you do not have proper facilities, they how about sales? You have people to work for your sales? Why do you take orders when you cannot fulfill orders that are already placed?
I need my item to be delivered as soon as possible or else cancel my order and refund me right away!
