Hi i have ordered dinning table order no : roy0049847 on july 5th 2020, once the order placed they have given delivery date as[protected].

But still the order is not received even know one has called us and updated the status.

Please let us know how to proceed.

    I had ordered for Office table and Chair, where details are as follows:

    1. Order No.- ROY0049654 (Office Table)- Product was delivered on 11th July 20 but till today no called for Installation.

    2. Order No.- ROY0049656 (Chair)- It was told they will deliver by 13th July 20, but no one has come for Delivery.
    Also no one responds to mails nor calls. No one is there to pick the call. We need to followup with them once we made the purchase. Very bad customer care. Until the Purchase, they will help afterwards they treat as we are outsiders. They don't deliver the service they promise for.

      I have ordered sofa online, it was delivered on 10th july 2020. Today is 13th july 2020 no one has called me for installation. The numbers listed on thier website are switched off, i have tried calling them atleast 100 times. They do not reply to mails, i have written 6 emails. Still no response, there is no one is accountable at royaloak, the executives just switch off phone. They are very unprofessional, once you place the order there is no update of any sort you receive, just one mail saying order confirmation.

        I have place the order on jun 28, 2020, 12:45 pm and got a confirmation from royaloak that "we are pleased to confirm your order no roy0046497" the shipping date should be shipped date :[protected] and today it should have been delivered. No it did not get delivered!

        There is no customer support at all, hardly someone answers from your post order support, the worse part is when you look for an item your chat support is available for sales and proactively calls customer to help placing the order. Especially sales manager will call, but after placing the order it is gone!

        Do you think we are fools? It's hard earned money! I have been waiting for an item, and there is no response from your customer support even after calling 10 times a day! What happens now? Where is my order?

        When you take payment you should deliver as per your promise right? Now what? Your sales manager says you do not have a policy of cancellation but does your policy have just looting the money and give no order?

        There is no response to emails/calls and no update on tracking page of the order. When you cannot handle online orders why to take?

        Ok fine, i understand this covid situation and you do not have proper facilities, they how about sales? You have people to work for your sales? Why do you take orders when you cannot fulfill orders that are already placed?

        I need my item to be delivered as soon as possible or else cancel my order and refund me right away!

          I had ordered one computer chair on 1st may 2020. Since then i havent received the delivery although i have paid the full amount in advance.

          I have called, emailed their customer service many times but i am not getting a response.

            I also paid the 7900 rs at the time of order.It has been 10 days now I am not getting any response from their side.
            I tried to connect on the mobile and customer care number but no one is receiving the call.
            I have also emailed the customer service email id but they are not providing any response.
            I am in a situation to lose my money.

              Hi,
              I made an online purchase for a study table on 5th july (Roy0048689). It was to be shipped on 9th july, delivered on 10th july and installed on 11th july. Till date, no one has contacted me. I sent multiple mails to customer care and got no response. I raised online enquiry for which also i got no response.
              It seems they seem to be not bothered as full payment has been made.
              I asked for procedure to cancel the order and get refund. No response for that also.
              Not sure whether consumer court only is the only option now.

                I have placed order for computer table from their website and paid online. Promised delivery date was 27 june but product is yet not delivered. I have tried to contact them via helpline number but no one picking up also i have written 10+ email to either deliver or to refund but didn't get any reply from their side (Only getting auto generated response to get back). So, i just want to get my money back.

                  If they can't deliver then why should they take orders?

                  If they are not able to deliver then please refund so that i can buy it elsewhere.

                        I have purchased shoe rack from Royal oak website online with order no ROY0042926 on 13th June to Amalapuram Near Kakinada, it supposed to deliver on 28th June 2020. But till date not delivered and no response from customer care calls and mails with several reminders. No response over customer care number. Please help to resolve the issue with delivery or cancel the order and refund the money.

                          I ordered some wooden cot online at royaloak and they confirmed it will be delivered in 3 days and no response after that. I waited for one week and contacted them, they kept on telling in 2-3 days they will deliver and after 20 days they told no stock.

                          Then i requested for refund but till now they are telling they will refund within 2-3 days and it's been more than 45 days they didn't refund. I'm very much frustrated and raising a complaint here.

                                      Some body called me by representing as we are from royaloak india and asking my debit card details to refund money.
                                      When i asks his name and details, he said "no debit card no money" and cut the call.
                                      And when i call that number again he is not responding.
