[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — luxe mattress not delivered no refund initiated. | |||
I have purchased Luxe mattress on 16th Nov 2019 from RoyalOak Furniture store Attapur, Hyderabad. They have given me 20% discount and I have paid total amount Rs 23, 994 /- including discount.They had given me 10days delivery time. After a day they call me and asked me to pay 5000/- discount amount which they mistakenly gave. They should have mentioned it before completing the billing process. This billing process went through store boy, manager and bill desk still nobody verified. Without discount I wouldn't have gone for this mattress. I told them I'm not going to pay discount amount and asked for refund or mattress delivery. Still now there is no response from them. RoyalOak as a very worst customer care support service, I have been calling them and raising complaint from 20th nov to till date and they are not even responding.
