I have purchased a king size bed and have paid online on 12aug. However the bed has not been delivered till now. The worst part is that they are not responding to any mail, message, and calls. Requesting you to cancel the order and refund the money or deliver the bed at the earliest. The only way left is to lodge a police complaint to get the problem resolved. Iam purchase recliner through royal oak website on April 16 th 2018 .Now iam facing lot of service issues iam registerd a complaint on 20 th aug 2018 through customer care complaint nuber is 5144 till now I didn’t recieve any call or service from royal oak
