I had ordered a Computer table from RoyalOak with Order id ROY0038529
However there has been no update on the same, really sad to know such companies are fooling customers. It's really unacceptable, at least they should update what's the status, if product is not available or any other issue update the same to us or else refund the money. Please let me know if there is any way to raise complain againsts them in any other way which would help other people to not get into there trap.

I had placed my order on 4 July for a king size bed and I had paid amount still my product has been not yet delivered and there is no response from your side I cannot even contact to customer care number also pls follow up and resolve my issue

I have purchased a computer table(Order no. ROY0039787) from official Royaloak website and paid the full payment. I got payment confirmation mail and also sms from my Bank that money has been deducted. But my order status still says pending and payment as failed.
I have contacted the customer care, sent mail also with complete detail but no update since last 2 days. I was told everytime that I will get a call, but not received a single call on the same so far.
This is my first experience with Royaloak and disappointed with the customer service.
Requesting to please resolve this issue soon. thanks!
