Have purchased 3+1+1 reclainer set in royaloak vanastalipuram branch. Out of which single seater reclainer delivery not happening.
Fed up by chasing them by phones and visiting branch. Even customer care also not helpful. Staff didn't picking up calls. Customer care service number mostly not available or not connected.
Some one please help me how to complain to higher management.

Wardrobe main door locker was not screwing up properly due to that locker is coming out while trying to lock the door. Old send the technician to complete the proper fitting.

    It has been a painful affair, trying to shop and get our products delivered from royal oak (Koramangala-ejipura branch). Here's a gist of how the entire experience started, enfolded and where it stands now - if this looks too long for you to read, the point is please please please do not buy any piece of furniture from this place.

    June 1, 2019 - we go to check some furniture (A king-size cot and a 4 seater dining table set) for home. The price tags on the products on display said the table was inr 10, 600, inr 3, 600 for each of the 4 chairs and inr 26, 000 for the king-size cot. And this totaled to inr 51, 000 (Inclusive of all taxes).

    June 2, 2019 - since they warned us that their summer sale was ending on sunday (June 2nd), after some research, we visited their showroom once again with clarity about wanting to buy them and shell out inr 51, 000 for the same. While giving us the final quote, they gave us a bill which read the total amount would be inr 51, 794. Upon asking why, they said that the prices shown on the tags of the products have been revised and those weren't the updated prices. The sales person didn't know about this, himself. We know that the difference amount is only inr 794. But how they said what they said later, was the first tipping point - they said that we will have to pay the entire amount in one shot if they had to waive inr 794 (Which now became an amount we had to bare because they did not update the price tags). They also insisted that we will have to pay the updated amount if we plan on take the emi scheme. Since we had already decided that we did not want to pay the entire amount in one shot to avoid it pinching our pockets, we were going to pay through their emi scheme and pay the extra amount for no mistake of ours.

    We were ready to overlook this, but the manager of the store was very arrogant while we were politely telling him that this wasn't a pleasant experience for us and asking him to not at least repeat this with the other customers he may get. To add fuel to fire, one of the sales persons say - to quote him, "you can't expect a good experience every time you shop. One day we might able to serve you well, the next day we might not be able to". Is this even a sensible thing to tell a customer? Especially for a person who is working in the service industry? Since we did not have the energy to fight them, we just asked them to deliver the products by 19th of june. They promised that they would call us on 18th to confirm the time of delivery the next day.

    No one calling us on 18th and with no sign of the products reaching us on 19th, i called their customer care on 20th (Who in turn asked us to contact the branch, with clearly no 'care' for their customers). Upon finding the branch's number on google and reaching someone at the branch, they say that both the products are out of stock and that they will be restocked in the warehouse no where before 28th june. Were they waiting for us to call them, to update us about the delivery status of products we placed an order for in the beginning of the month?

    When asked as to how it could go out of stock even after us booking for them way in advance, the person on the other end apologetically says that "there are 3 pieces of the cot but they are all defective. We could send that to you if you are that particular".

    Today (17th july, 2019) even after multiple calls and relentless followups, they have no idea or give any guarantee that they will deliver the cot anytime soon.

    With the state in which the service industry currently functions, we are made to feel that it is absolutely okay for people to behave this way to customers and that it is nothing out of the ordinary to take money and have the customers wait indefinitely.

      order not delivered, no status of order

      I have ordered bed from royaloak furniture online store on 4th july 2019, i have paid the money for bed and side table, after calling multiple time team is not even having any update, i have been told by them "we will get back to you about your order", i have sent few mail as well to customer care support team but no response from their side, i am not even able to track order.       I have booked a king size bed on 23rd June 2019. The delivery has not been done so far. I have made multiple calls to customer care. The customer care representatives are worthless. They do not know a damn thing about their products or customer satisfaction for that matter. The Hyderabad Kukatpally store where I made the booking is another specimen. The representative srinivas reddy spoke to me òn phone and promised that he will get back to me but never called back. They do not pick my calls anymore.

        This is regarding order no - [protected]. It's been more than a month since i have been waiting for the delivery of my bristol office chair, but unfortunately, it's not been done yet. Also, the installation of one of the bed side tables is also pending.

        I am attaching the copy of the bill along with the mail. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I am sick and tired of calling the customer care. If the delivery of the product is not possible, kindly refund the amount taken for the item.

        Note: instead of the bristol office chair, your guys have given me one more office table which is of no use to me. Please make arrangements to take it away and provide me with what i have actually ordered.

          Among Them i have cancelled 1st product and requested for amount refund.

          Today date is 7-2-2019 its almost 15 days, am not yet received the amount.

          The customer care service is so use less, they are not capable to reply for any of my emails, i have emailed them multiple times.

          when i called them, they have promised to refund on[protected] but its not happened.

          Finally am frustrated, on them and raising a consumer complaint here.

          I bought Royal Oak 1+1+2 recliner sofa's from Amazon.in website in August 2017. Now the leather is getting peeled off. Called the royal oak customer support for the paid service, since i bought it from Amazon.in they denied the paid service. Thats ridiculous, after all am seeking the paid service.

            I have purchased coffee table with order number (Roy0015318), worth rs.18990/- they sent defective item and glass is also missing. I made 20 -25 calls to replace the item and provide the missing glass but they are neither replacing the item nor cancelling the item. They are simply harrassing me from last 2 months.

            After so nuch follow up for more than 3 months, i escalted this issue to social media who hlped me to get my money back. It was not so easy dealing with such dealer. The order and cancellation muat be made easy and public friendly.

              Hi royaloak customer service team and omr store team

              I have shared all pics as required and have been trying to get solution to this problem but still no update from customer care or store manager

              This is my last follow up as i am feeling highly frustrated and cheated with my purchase. I have been a customer of royaloak and such cheating was not expected. I cannot keep a full termite laden bed side table at my home and your team is not ready to give me any solution or response to the mails even after raising all complaints. Technician also confirmed that the extent of damage by termites is huge and cannot be fixed by spray. He asked us to please continue using this product other wise his salary will be deducted which is highly unethical
              This situation is when its been only 1-2 months of purchase and the product is still in warranty. How can i expect long term support with any royaloak purchase in future

              After this mail if i do not get any response within 1-2 days, i will be left with no other option than going to consumer forum and highlighting this issue on social media

                  I Have ordered bed(with ref number-ROY0016188) on 29th through Bajaj fin-server. it got approved by bajaj on 30th and they have dropped an email stating that your order is approved and will delivered on 6th and installed on 7th june. On 5th i have checked my order status online it is showing as pending then i started calling support team, they are unable to provide any information. one fine day they have provided online support number they have mentioned on 13th that your order is out for delivery it will receive today. Then i tried them many time they were not responding. on 17th after multiple calls they have responded and stating that stock is not available it will come on july15th wait for it. i'm strange online the order status in in transit waiting for delivery and they are saying like this. I'm worried about my order i need that order ASAP, i don't need refund. i want to complain this everywhere i can

                  Bought a dining table with 6 chairs and 3 chairs are defective. On raising multiple complaints, technician came and admitting nothing can be done as it is a defective product. And they tell us to reach customer service to replace the product. But customer service is very irresponsible on the issue raised.

                      I purchased a TV stand from Royal Oak online website on May 20, 2019 and the delivery date was June 2, 2019. Order id: ROY0015924.
                      However till now I have not received any status of the order. I called customer care multiple times but they are not helpful and ask me to contact another number which does not pick up the calls ever. I contacted their email customer support and chat support and they too were not very helpful. After multiple mails and calls they just that they are looking into it.

                      after much chasing, got the refund initiated after 6 months with no apology or any email communication from royal oak, let alone extra compensation for customer harassment. have attached the email.
                      i guess i will have to be satisfied with this. hope they have earned good interest with that amount.

                        I have ordered wardrobe through RoyalOak. Order number is ROY0015726. Its been more than a month now and they have not delivered the product. Whats scary is that there customer care not reachable and they don't respond back to emails. I have spent endless time in phone waiting for there customer care to answer but never succeed. Wrote emails and they have not responded back. No word from them after I placed order. I am not sure If they are going to deliver my product. What more scary is that, I went to near by RoyalOak store and they said they are not responsible for online orders. Come on its same RoyalOak showroom and they are not responsible for online order? what a shame. They did not even respond to me when I said I ordered online.

                            A coffee table was purchased by me on 24th april, 2019. At the time of delivery i. E. 30th april, 2019, the coffee table was in and an extreme damage condition, we had to get it replaced.

                            After a lot of follow up and calling several people repeatedly, the coffee table was replaced on 21st may, which was again in a damage condition. After almost one month we received the same thing in a horrible condition!

                            This led to the replacement process all over again. We were told the table would again be replaced after 2 days i. E. 23rd may.
                            We have still not received the coffee table till date i. E. 1st june, 2019.
                            Even after complaining to customer care of royal oak, they wanted to service the 2nd table delivered!! Why will any customer buy a new product which has to be ‘serviced’ even before using it!!
                            This was extremely disappointing. We are simply dissatisfied with the services offered and requested to refund the entire amount which was paid for the coffee table almost 1.5 months in advance!
                            If a product isn’t delivered for so long refund should be allowed!!
                            I hope other customers do not go through the same poor and horrible purchase experience. Purchasing a coffee table should not take so long! Further i will not refer royal oak to anyone and will also share my experience to necessary people in social media. I will never suggest to anyone to buy anything from them. This is a means of cheating customers! Seems they are highly trained how to cheat customer and telling lie.

                              I have bought a bed from royaloak furniture kundalahalli branch (356, marathahalli bridge service rd, aswath nagar, marathahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037) on 19-may 2019.

                              That was my biggest mistake i have done after buying from the above branch.

                              While buying they said it will be delivered within 2 days. But after several call and followup with the branch i got the product but not the same product which i selected while buying on 26-may 2019 as they are saying stock is not there, product has defects etc etc. At the day of delivery the delivery person came all alone as if he can deliver the bed alone. Again a pathetic service from royalok as i had to carry the bed parts along with him.

                              Now after several calls with customer care and installation guy came on 31 may 2019 and after opening boxes he himself admitted the product is defective and he took some photos and left from my house.

                              Is this the service i am getting after paying 25 k. I am felling harassed and cheated by royalok furniture.

                                I have purchased a 2-seater finly sofa online from royaloak on 11th may, 2019.

                                They delivered the product on 20th may. While the product unpacked and assembly by the technician, found its broken (Left hand-rest)
                                And multiple color patches (On fabrics) across the sofa.
                                I am surprised how can they can deliver a product without verifying the quality and condition.

                                The technician advised us to call the customer care and register a complain.
                                From then i have been following up with the customer care. The response was very pathetic. Phone rings but nobody pick it up and by mistake if someone picks up the answer is same. Your issue will be resolved in 2 days.
                                They are not ready to replace the sofa and but they want to repair it.. No technician has visited yet to have inquiry as informed by them.

                                Seems they are highly trained how to cheat customer and telling lie.
                                Its relay pathetic and horrible experience to deal such irresponsible and unprofessional people.

                                The company seems to be deaf enough to listen to consumer complaints. It's been 10 days now and my issue is not resolved yet. Once they sale the product and got the money they simply don't care.

                                Further i will not refer royal oak to anyone and will also share my experience to necessary people in social media. I am totally disappointed in purchasing this item from royal oak and i will never suggest to anyone to buy anything from them.

                                I request senior management to seriously look into this issue ion and replace the defect sofa with new sofa in a good condition keep up to royal oak brand and expectations.

Please see all e - mails, we have requested the to attend the defective sofa for very poor quality springs before warranty period and you have failed to attend the replacement of high quality springs within warranty period. After lapses of warranty period, you were saying it is usage damage. It is not correct.
                                    Your technician / vendor came did temporary arrangement and advised to go for permanent system by replacing with high quality
                                    Of springs within warrant period. But, you have not any action for replacement of high quality springs before war rent period. All records are available with us. As per the law you are at default.
                                    And liable for replacement of new sofa with compensation.
                                    All documents are ready with sufficient evidence and consulted a lawyer to file the case in consumer court. Awaiting for police report. Past, i won many cases.
                                    Therefore, please visit once to our home and see the condition of sofa, before, we proceed to file the case in consumer court to avoid huge compensation
