customer harassment and non delivery of product

I have purchased coffee table with order number (Roy0015318), worth rs.18990/- they sent defective item and glass is also missing. I made 20 -25 calls to replace the item and provide the missing glass but they are neither replacing the item nor cancelling the item. They are simply harrassing me from last 2 months.

hydraulic bed installation

It's is very great displeasure to share that I have taken bed more than six month before from Royal Oak Marathalli branch. First they delivered bed after two month and now past 3 months. I am struggling to get the installation done.
Please help me to get some justice as been patience also has certain limit.

fraud company with fake delivery dates
