I have been trying to call since 4-5 days, but your number never works (Either busy or no one lifts the call) and ultimately the call gets disconnected.

At last I got your email ID from the banaswadi branch (Your email ID as well no mentioned in invoice or on the website - Very unfortunate).

My issue is regarding the damage to the 3 seater Plaza recliner sofa which I brought from banaswadi branch. Need a solution / visit by your representative to understand the damage / repair that need to be done.
