Date of purchase - march 10th, 2020 (Actual eta final delivery and assembly is 3 days for table pickup, 3 days for delivery, 3 days of assembly) Order number - [protected] Contact of people not responding - Customer care number - [protected] (This is always busy) Marathahalli sales representative - [protected] Incident description : No one from royaloak is responding after delivering a faulty and used product i. E., dinning set, where as i have ordered for a new dinning set by returning the old set, for rs. 29900 (With exchange 26900) approximately because have added one more floor-mat in final order which is not delivered at all. Actual issues: Chairs and table has damages Both table and chairs are used It has lot of dents and cracks Very light weight poor quality wood Table legs are bent. Desirable resolution : Take return of the used or poor quality dinning set and deliver quality product, incase you do have any quality products then please refund my amount.
