I normally refrain my self from putting up reviews but am forced to do. Is even having one star worth for their service?? I ordered stuff worth more than 50k and it has turned out to be a nightmare for me from day 1 of being delivered to assembling. On the day of delivery they completely ignore you like you dont exist, it's none of their business and i have to follow up every day just to know the status. The irony is i paid full cash and still they have nerve to deal with customers this way.

Ordered a queen size bed, dining table, shoe rack and tv unit except for the bed everything else were assembled with no issues (Delivery was such a pain in the #). The delivery executives are confused and have no idea what they were delivering, this led to a misplacement of parts of one of the product (Queen size bed). I still confirmed with the delivery person if they have dispatched correct products and they confirm that they did. When the assembly technician comes he half assembles the bed and said casually that one product is missing we will change it. Turns out after two days the technician comes back and takes the misplaced product from me to other customer. And now am stuck with half assembles bed. Zero quality with respect to service punctuality. All i have to say is dont go by their products they have the most unreliable service you can ever imagine of.

      Its regarding the order we took it from the store vanasthalipuram. Order id:[protected], among them we cancelled lilly's 4 seater dining table. We received the other 2 products and this is fine. Problem what we have is we made the purchase through bajaj finance and after placing the order we cancelled one item after 2 days. From feb onwards we are paying the emi for this transaction including the cancelled one. I checked with bajaj finance customer service and they are asking me to produce the bill with what we have purchased and based on that our emi amount will be changed and they will adjust the so far paid amount from future transactions. I visted the store from where i made the transactions and they confirmed that they need to check with there customer service.
      I request you to provide the fresh bill with the items i took so that i can submit it to the bajaj finance department.

        We have purchased bently recliner sofa from royal oak - kukatpally branch, hyderabad on 21/12/2019. We have few issues with your service and product but unable to resolve with your store manager.
        1. The product (Single seater bently recliner) delivered after two months of purchase.
        2. Even after two months they delivered non-rocking recliner whereas at the time of purchase, they told us that it is rocking.
        3. When we asked them to refund the amount as we dont want the product delivered to us, they said refund is not possible.
        4. Then we have offered to cancel this order and purchase 2seater by paying matching extra amount, but now the 2seater rate been increased by 4000/- which is again a loss for us

        They have wasted my completed Day..

          Purchased couple of items from royal oak showroom on mysore road, on 31st jan 2020.
          The items got delivered by first week of feb 2020, but the eden set coffee table delivered was a faulty one, rusted one and has misaligned glass top. The same has been informed to the customer care and shared the images as per the request.
          It is almost 14 days, no response from the concerned people, even after a tight follow up from my side. It is so unprofessional behavior and also any customers like me will never suggest any one to buy items from royal oak.
          While buying, sales person was talking about best customer service and support we provide, but the reality and experience that i am having is completely different. Royal oak is cheating customers by booking the order and sending the faulty items.

            The quality of the product is really poor as well as response too.

            I am trying to caling attapur branch manager since a week time, regarding my product but some else is taking my call and told me to send the pics of the damage. So did i, but he is not all bothered to look at the pics do the needful. This product was brought by me for less than year now. My wardrobes shelve got damaged.

              We had placed an order for 3 door wardrobe on 27th jan 2020 in royaloak online portal. We received a delivery message on 1st feb 2019 ref no. Cms051033 but we did not receive any product nor anyone contacted us to explain whats the issue. Since then we kept trying to reach the customer care through various source such as : customer care no. Which is not picked by any one, royaloak showrooms, customer executive no. Provided by the showrooms, sent messages in the online portal (Royaloakindia.com) and also sent a mail to [protected]@royaloakindia.com with all the attachments for reference.
              We are not receiving any response from them

              Its been 25 days and since then no one responded to calls nor to my email . i have ordered a new piece and they say the door being chipped off is within 5 percent error . The management has taken the decision that it wont be replaced,

                I placed an online order for a center table on 4/12/19 with full payment after confirming that my pincode is serviceable with free delivery and i was given 19/12/19 as date of delivery, but as delivery wasn't done on that date and there was no communication from company regarding this. I could contact the customer care after much efforts and was told that delivery will be given on 30/12/19, but again delivery wasn't done till that date. Again i contacted customer care and was told that delivery to my place would cost me 10000 rupees. I said the website was showing free delivery to my pincode, but he expressed inability for the same. I asked for the refund and he said you will get the same in 12-13 days. But more than 6 weeks has passed, i haven't received the refund. Whenever i contact customer care, the executive make an excuse and tell me it would be done in 5-6 days. This is happening for last more than a month. Online team doesn't pick the call. I have made several calls to customer care and wrote many emails to customer care and online department too, but without any result till now. Now i doubt their intention for the refund.

                My complaint has been resolved as the company has refunded my money after subtracting 552 rupees. It took two months for getting my money back after numerous follow ups with customercare through phone, Whatsapp and email. Finally my impression is not to deal with such a company with such a poor customer service and work ethics.

                Paid amount for Product delivered after 15 days and Fitting is not done till now more than 7 days. Wrost experience with Royal Oak Furniture. Better ask them close the shop instead of cheating customers.
                I have placed an online order for TV stand on Jan 25th. The expected delivery date was 9th of February 2020. The product is not delivered yet. The customer care is not able to track where the product is. Please check and update.
                Dining table assembling was not proper. Though we complained immediately, no action was taken. Since it is a glass dining table, now all the legs are shaking and we are scared when it may fall. We booked table through online. Since it is within guarantee period, can this be replaced or at least repaired?
                Ordered dinning set and got in 3 days but no one came for assembling it been a week, My furniture laying down without use ..poor/pathetic service. No one answering the costumer care call, not sure what to do now. Ji
                Can I get the number to contact them.. I have ordered online..but unable to contact them.. thanks in advance

                      This is to bring to ur notice that our order of swing jula was not delivered yet. We have purchased it in bng branch on 20.01.2020. But still it not delivered, we went downtown the store the manager is veryy irresponsible and neglected us he was least bothered me no proper reason about the delivery product. We are highly disappointed. We are calling them so many times they are not picking our call. I need u to take immediate action else i will bring this into serious issues..😡😡😡😡

                          This king size bed has been delivered with the defect where the middle rod is fixed upside down.

                          Technician informed this will be replaced and to check the status with store from where i purchased. I purchased it from kukatpally store but unable to contact them.

                          Tried to contact them multiple times but no response. Same with customer service number as well.

                          Neither customer service nor store is helping on this.

                              I had ordered a few items from Royaloak Koramangala on 14th December. Out of which the Audi Dining chairs were delivered as late as 08th January. On the morning of 11th January, when the Royaloak technician unboxed it, we found 3 of the 4 chairs with cracks (photos attached) while the 4th chair has a different shade of brown which does not match with the table color.

                              This is extremely disappointing coming from a brand like Royaloak. They should be doing strict quality control before deliveries are made. I was made to wait for such a long time, yet the product being delivered was defective.

                              After following up mutiple times with the customer care team as well as the store manager, they are yet to take concrete steps to replace the furniture and keep giving new excuses every single day. Super unprofessional behaviour. Hoping someone senior in Royaloak takes cognizance of the lax attitude of their employees towards after-sales service and sorts out my issue soon.

                                As we have purchased bed side table on 12/01/2020 at royal oak banasawadi near kalyan nagar branch. They have told that with in one week you receive the product. But still we didnt received it dont have any message from it. And when we are trying to call them they have not responding to our call. One of person name suresh who has service person there is very irresponsible person.

                                  I had purchased 6 seater dining set about 1 and half year ago. Ever since the purchase is made, every 2nd or 3rd month, one chair will develop crack on its stand and then it will break. This is happening for the 5th time. When contacting customer care, they are not lifting the call nor calling back. After writing lot of mails and follow up since last two months, to-day have received a mail that since the product is out of warranty and product is discontinued, they cant replace the chairs but will repair and customer has to pay rs 1200 in advance before their service technician visit. This is totally unacceptable. They have sold defective product and now within 18 moths product discontinued and asking money before any visit. I ahve all the mail communication with me if required will be shared,

                                    I have purchased a bed side table on 27th dec worth rs8501 from royaloak furniture store located at marathahalli, bangalore. Their technician came for installation on 30th dec 2019 and showed a crack and other spots on the drawer and technicians told it can not be repaired ask store people to replace. I have informed store manager immediately and sent all the images of the cracked drawer and he told within 2-3 days technicians will come to see. I have requested for replacement as it is brand new table and there was no quality check done by the company and it can not be repaired, i have asked to replace multiple times but till now it is a month they are not replacing. Please take action on them immediately.

                                    Today from Roayloak Consumer Affair team they have called me from mobile number [protected] saying that as I have filed a consumer complaint they want give compensation of Rs 5000 for my complaint and want to replace the drawer by tomorrow 6 pm. Then they have taken money Rs4999 from my account and did not pay me back my money or any compensation. I don't need any compensation but the money which they have now debited from my account I want it back. They have used their employee to trouble me by taking money in the name of compensation. Kindly look into this fraud what they kept on doing with me . I want my money back. I have called multiple times their customer care they are not taking the call to refund my money.

                                    Yesterday night I have received a call from my bank's fraud detection team they have informed and confirmed that this RoyalOak Furniture of Bangalore has shared and compromised my details with the person called from their consumer affair team from number [protected] to make the fraudulent transaction from my account. Also not bank has updated that the amount has been credited to the same mobile number([protected] )from where I have received the call.
                                    Please take immediate action on this RoyalOak Furniture to compromise customer data with my consent or any knowledge.
                                    No doubt it's a third graded company with criminal mindset to loot people's hard earned money.
                                    As promised by their so called person from consumer Affair department the drawer was supposed to be replaced by yesterday 6 PM by their technician but till now its is not replaced.
                                    Please ask them to refund my money Rs4999 which they debited by compromising my data and debited on 19th Jan 2020.

                                      I order coffee table on 24th dec and they give delivery date was 8th jan but i not able to get the prodect in particular delivery day and i complint to rayaloak customer care they can't response properly next day the rayaloak customer care executive call to me and his said give your google pay account number we refund your money and sent mony 19990 rs in this number [protected] we deposit in this amount plus prodect amount in your google pay account i said sir don't have that much money my minimum balance was 1200 and her said send 999 rs we refund in this amount plus prodect amount in your account and i sent the money he did not send my money they are cheat me so don't buy rayaloak online prodect.
