Hi Sir, I have ordered below Queen size mattress thru online, but i have received kurl - on with 4 Inch. I was not at home when they delivered any my wife put signature on the delivery date(Oct 29, 2019). After that i called and contacted Royaloak online team and they said raised complaint on it. after that no one is responding properly and i have sent so many mails no response. Please take this as priority and resolve my issue ASAP. Please find the attached Kurl-on mattress which i had received wrong product.
