Order was placed on may 21, 2020 with royal oak india online and the order number for three seater zita sofa brown is roy0036153. The delivery start date was june 02, 2020 and delivery installation date was june 05, 2020. Promptly the cushion alone was delivered by royal oak in chennai at my provided address on june 02, 2020 and including delivery staff and person in charge had a nice way of avoiding the question when will the sofa be delivered when they delivered the cushion as if they did not know that this was a bulk order. I had a call the same evening from an installation person from chennai to seek time for installation of the delivered sofa set to which i seemed very disappointed and asked him if he knew that only the cushion was delivered. He did say they will deliver the sofa set in a day or two. I have tried to reach out to customer care and chennai delivery lead (S) over phone. Excepting for once to be in touch for help and delivery dates, they have not supported neither have they responded to repeated calls to them, emails sent to customer care etc. It is very time consuming to get into customer care of royal oak and contact a representative. The only person that has been helpful so far is the service installation person who keeps saying that there could be no stocks to deliver and it is very alarming with online sales asking for bookings and delivery is not happening on the agreed timeline with no information shared for follow up or delays. A non-committal and non-reachable situation is making me very nervous and disappointed to make this complaint. I have attached the delivery sheets of cushion, picture of cushion and the primary order reference to my email sent post payment with all references of delivery etc. Please assist quickly to get this sofa delivered and installed. I have not heard back from them beyond a couple of calls from their warehouse and logistics personnel asking me information and that they will get back. There are some calls coming stating that they are a part of consumer complaints and working on refunding the purchase through Gpay or Bhim UPI etc. I would prefer a written confirmation from Royal Oak on any action being taken. Kindly update the same to Royal Oak as well please to avoid all these kind of calls without authenticity.
