Royaloak India — Worst service | |||
Hi, my i'm Jayaraju, mobile no-([protected]), i purchased wardrobe & shoe rack on 13/dec/2015. but while purchasing product they said product will be dispatched and reach my home on next day that is on 14/dec/2015, and installation will be made next day . but what ever they promised was fake, my product reached my home on 15/dec/2015 that means after a day, since i was waiting for technician to visit, its already a week & now if i call technician (wasim, mobile no-[protected]), he is giving lame reasons saying he will visit with in next 20 min when ever i call him, but till now he dint, if i call branch and customer care even they are telling with in next 20 minutes he will reach my place but never took a complaint nor action, but i guess it never happens, i'm really fed up about service, so i request every 1 please don't make mistake as what i did, by purchasing products from "ROYALOAK". Royaloak Furniture — Recliner with defect
I don't know how they are surviving after so bad customer care. They are not ready to replace defective product and one has to follow up a lot even for repair.Royaloak is like first n last experience shop. Hometown @home looks better now. If someone still wants to buy from Royaloak, insist for payment after delivery n installation.
