RPF — travelling with ticket in luggage compartment detained and charged wrongly

Ulhasnagar to kalyan station travelled in empty luggage compartment with ordinary ticket was booked under section 155 and detained in custody for 5+ hours. Pathetic room. Charged 300rs by kalyan railway court.
Step into my shoes of someone who did not harass anybody but got into empty luggage compartment on way to office lost t day like in jail.
Tell me if this is not harassment then what?
