[Resolved]  Rto Ahmedabad — Original Documents are lost

Dear Sir, Today Morning I had submitted form No. 35 alongwith bank certificate, original RC book, insurance policy papers and PUC in Room No. 3. I was there for more then 3 hours in the office.
