RTO — dl not issued due to 'approval of endorsements on dl' pending for more than 2 months

I applied for 'duplicate driving license' via application no : 6331425 on 01/01/2025 through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
All the process was completed including document verification and fees payment through the portal on date : 01/01/2025. The documents and payment were verified successfully.
However, for the past more than 2 months the application status is showing : 'approval of endorsements on dl' as 'pending' at rto level.
Because of this printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) & dispatch of the dl and psv badge is also pending.
Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the dl issued at the earliest.
