licence renewal application stuck at endorsement approval step

I want to bring to the notice that the RTO officials of - BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN (DL3) are not competent enough to process my license renewal application. Following are the details of my license application,

Subject: Complaint Regarding Pending Status of Learning License Application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in processing my learning license application. I applied for the license on[protected] through the Parivahan contactless service, My RTO Came under RTO fatehgarh sahib, Punjab. and my application number is[protected].

I have filed for LL application in November and passed the online LL test. Since then the application is stuck at pending for approval. When I contacted customer care they advised me to go to RTO but when I contact RTO they refuse to give any info and simply say they have no involvement as the application is contactless and I should file a new offline application. I believe the RTO is deliberately not following on online applications as most people in the premises share the same experience and suggest going through an agent. I request this matter is investigated as it is causing me a loss in time and money.

    I am filing this complaint regarding the undue delay in the processing of my Learner’s License application on the Sarathi portal. Despite completing all required steps, including the LL test on[protected], my application remains stuck at the "Approval of LL by Licensing Authority" stage with no updates.

    This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and affecting my ability to drive legally. Despite following up through the portal, no resolution has been provided. As a citizen, I have the right to timely service, and this lack of action amounts to a deficiency in service.

I applied for LMV driver license on 13 December 2024 and passed my driving test on 14 December 2024 and now it's 6 Feb 2025 and I can't receive any update on my application.                 Hello,

                My name is Ahmed Seth. I applied for Learner License from Maharashtra, Thane RTO (MH04). It's been like 12 days now my learner license is pending for approval. I passed the test with 14/15 and still waiting for approval. I also raised grievance 4-5 days ago but there is no response on it.

                I visited RTO office today. The officer over there said, appearing LL online from home is not accepted, we need to appear from RTO office. My question is, if the online test is contactless and visiting RTO is not required. Why it is mandate to appear the test from RTO office?

                Please help me to get this approved. Attached is the Application number.

                                delay in dl print on form 7 - more than a month

                                I am RP Mishra and have applied for DL renewal on 30.11.2024.
                                1. Scrutiny done on 04.12.2024.
                                2. Approval done on 07.12.2024.
