Dear Sir,
PUC of my Car AS01BV4764 is going to expire on 19-Aug2023. Since I'm presently at Kolkata, I tried renewing the same at the nearest PUC center at "Chandimata Auto Emission Testing Center, Rajarhat, Kolkata, WB. However when the personal tried to do the same he got an error message as "Please contact rto to update fuel norms". I am Ashmit Budhiraja, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTA, Jalandhar Punjab, I passed the test on 29/06/2023, Its been 3 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. Application no. [protected]

I submitted my application no.[protected] for the issue of a duplicate Driving License and completed the scrutiny of the documents on 24th April 2023 by visiting the RTO. The approval of endorsement was subsequently done on 16th May 2023 by the RTO. However, since then, the status of my application has been stuck at the RTO stating 'PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7'. When I check the official website 'SMART CARD was generated on Apr 6 by SMART CARD vendor' but dispatch status was not available. Even after two months it remains in the same state.
