Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 28/12/2023. But till now I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents) Counter- 48LL.
Please help me get my learner license.
I would be very thankful...

Recently in Sep23, I renewed my RC for my car (Reg. No. KA05MF8835) which has crossed 15yrs. During this process, the “Maker” information in the RC & VAHAN is updated as “Others”, instead of “Hyundai Motor India Limited”. However, my old RC is already with the right “Maker / Manufacturer” information.
I am not able to apply for HSRP because of this wrong update. In this regard, I have given a written complaint to KA05...

Dear Sir,
PUC of my Car AS01BV4764 is going to expire on 19-Aug2023. Since I'm presently at Kolkata, I tried renewing the same at the nearest PUC center at "Chandimata Auto Emission Testing Center, Rajarhat, Kolkata, WB. However when the personal tried to do the same he got an error message as "Please contact rto to update fuel norms". My DL was expiring and Kuldeep Nagar asked for Rs 10700 to help renew it. His promise of service was that he would get all formalities sorted out. After one month he advised that the application was not filed properly and another Rs8700 were needed urgently…… there was no action after . Hello Sir

I am Ashmit Budhiraja, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTA, Jalandhar Punjab, I passed the test on 29/06/2023, Its been 3 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. Application no. [protected]

I submitted my application no.[protected] for the issue of a duplicate Driving License and completed the scrutiny of the documents on 24th April 2023 by visiting the RTO. The approval of endorsement was subsequently done on 16th May 2023 by the RTO. However, since then, the status of my application has been stuck at the RTO stating 'PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7'.
