Rto India — 1. temporary registration delay in rto even after entering in the rto portal 2. delay in issuing trade certificate

Even after many discussion with the rto no action has been taken.

1. After entering the vehicle details and customer detailsin in the vahan portal along with the payment of required fees, tp papers are being submitted to the rto and the papers are not coming back after the rto signature on time. Question is rto signature is required or not? As we are feeding the data in the portal.
2. Trade certificate is not renewed even afetr many visits. Dealy in registration and loss to the government.
