RTO India — About rejection of my application no [protected]

Hello sir. My self sandip chauhan. I am from dang district. I applied for a LMV driving license with application no [protected]. After applying for driving license, i cleared both LL and DL test successfully.

After booking of driving test slot, i added two wheeler option to my application using "Add class of vehicle, and Add transaction" option. This advice was orally given by ITI staff.

But when i cleared LMV driving test, RTO officer asked me to pay pending two wheeler fees. He also added that until and unless i don't pay pending fees, they want be able to generate LMV license as well. And if i pay fees of two wheeler, you get license for LMV only.

I was ready to pay fees of two wheeler. Befor i paid, i personally talk with customer care executive of sarthi.parivahan.gov.in. He also told me that i must have to pay twho wheeler fees. But i will get license for LMV only. I have a call record of it. I finally paid my fees.

And at last when i paid my pending fees... My application for driving license was cancelled by RTO it self without informing me.

Since last 5 days, i am continually contecting RTO office. But still i didn't get any results. They are repeating only one thing. We sent your problem to NIC. They didn't replied us.

I also talked with NIC delhi. My complain was registered with ticket number [protected]. They sent you the whole matter.

Before i paid my fees, first i confirm with customer call executive of sarthi.parivahan.gov.in and RTO staff as well. And when i paid my fees, RTO rejected my application. Audio is attached here sir.

I paid my pending fees after confirmation from parivahan customer care executive. He told me that if i pay my all fees, my license will be generated.

But RTO waghai rejected my appreciation without informing me. I paid my all fees, cleared all leagle procedure.
