RTO India — Application is under processing at RTO Level and printing at RTOAUTH2

Address: DTO,BOKARO (JH09)

Application number is [protected], I have cleared learning licence test at DTO, BOKARO(09) on 15JAN 2025.
My learning licence number is JH09 /0001680/2025 approved on 27JAN 2025.
Its been more than five month still my learning licence to arrive. I have checked online it is showing 'Application is under processing at RTO Level' printing of learning licence at counter RTOAUTH2.
why it is taking so long to print learning licence, it should be done within 7-13 days as per rules.
i visited to RTO office bokaro on 16JUNE 2025 but they told me that computer system was stolen, come again next day.
My LL will expire in one month,
please take necessary action.
