RTO India — Application No - UP201011V1146656 , ONLINE TRANSACTION SUCCESS ON 11-Oct-20 BUT NOT INWARDED

I purchased second hand WV Polo car (UP16AR3160) from Noida. The application for ownership transfer was submitted online on 11 oct 2020 . I checked the status today and it is showing ONLINE TRANSACTION SUCCESS ON 11-Oct-2020 13:09:26 BUT NOT INWARDED. It’s been two months it’s pending . Can you please update the status when will it be completed and why it’s taking so long for the transfer .
