RTO India — Application pending and delay in receiving my corrected dl. (>3 months delay)

This is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a delay in the processing of my DL. I had applied for change of name and biometric in my DL. I visited the RTO on 6th April, 2022 to capture the biometric.
Then I waited 2 months but did not receive my DL. The status was pending at the RTO level ( scrutiny and verification of application) and I had to visit RTO again, to get it done.VERIFICATION WAS DONE THE SAME DAY. Now it has been more than a month since, and my DL is still pending at the printing level. (YET TO BE PRINTED AND POSTED). And the corrections are not reflected in the E-Drivers License on mParivahaan either.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Here are the details of my application:
