RTO India — application status pending for approval from a month

Dear Sir

I have applied for change of ownership on 20 NOv 2019 to bangalore NORTH RTO, after few intial process the final process APPROVAL, is still pending from 26 NOV 2019 till date and is still the same showing PENDING FOR APPROVAL . its been a month now and the ownership is till not transferred . I have been waiting for NEW Transferred RC book all these days .
