RTO India — Approval of dl pending from last 1 month and be changed to CAPTURE PHOTO AND SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to seek your assistance with my Driving Licence application.

I completed all test formalities and passed on 04/09/2025.

My application status then showed “Approval of DL”.

However, this status remained unchanged until 24/09/2025, after which it reverted to “Capture photo and signature, ” even though I had already completed biometrics earlier and it also appears under Completed Actions.

- The reason for this reversion/hold at the RTO level, and
- The corrective action and expected next step to move the file to Approval → Printing (Form 7) → Dispatch.
